Özet
Bu çalışmada 2000 yılı ve sonrasında toplumsal tabakalaşma ve sınıf algısının nasıl bir değişime uğradığı anlaşılmak istenmektedir. Bu değişimi iyi yansıttığı için prekarya sınıfı analiz edilmek istenmektedir. Geleneksel kuramlarda tarif edilen sınıf veya tabakalaşma kavramının küreselleşme sonrasında değiştiği görülmektedir. Bu değişmeyle ortaya çıkan yeni şekilleri açıklayabilmek, kendi içerisinde katmanlı biçim alan toplumsal sınıfları çözümleyebilmek ihtiyacı doğmaktadır. Bir toplumdaki tabakalaşma ve sınıf yapısı o toplumun toplumsal yapısı ve gerçekliği hakkında bilgi vermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı da değişen tabakalaşma ve sınıf yapısını analiz ederek yaşanan değişimi prekarya sınıfı üzerinden açıklayabilmektir. 2000 yılı ve sonrasında küreselleşme olgusunun da etkisiyle, yatay ve dikey hareketlilik ile birlikte toplumsal tabakalaşma biçimlerinde bir değişim meydana gelmektedir. Artık tabakalar içerisinde de bir bölünme bulunmaktadır. Bu durum çalışmada sınıf içi bölünmeler şeklinde ele alınmıştır. Sınıfsal yapının değişiminin bir göstergesi olduğundan sınıf içi bölünmeler önemlidir. Katmanlı ve karmaşık bir hale bürünen toplumsal sınıfların çözümlenmesi ve prekaryanın tüm bu değişimler çerçevesinde ele alınabilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Prekarya sınıfı, 1970'lere kadar dayandırılan küresel ve neoliberal ekonomik dönüşümlerin ve çalışmada ele alınan çeşitli sebeplerin toplumsal sınıflara olan etkisini somutlaştırmaktadır. Esnek ve güvencesiz istihdamı, sendikasızlığı, sınıf bilincinin sönümlenmesini vb. açılayabilmek adına prekarya uygun bir örnek oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmada prekarya ile ilgili olarak son 20 yıl içerisinde yapılmış çalışmalar literatür taramasına bağlı betimsel analiz yöntemi ile ele alınmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı 2000 yılı ve sonrasında meydana gelen değişimleri açıklamak, bu değişimleri prekarya sınıfı üzerinden analiz etmektir. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek için literatür taramasına bağlı betimsel analiz yöntemi tercih edilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda 2000 yılı ve sonrasında toplumsal değişme ve sınıf görünümünde klasik açıklamaların tariflediğinden farklı bir değişme olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Henüz bir sınıf gibi görülmeyen prekaryanın güvencesiz ve belirsizliklerle dolu günümüz dünyasında sosyal bilimleri meşgul edecek bir konu olacağı görülmektedir.

In this study, it is desired to understand how social stratification and class perception underwent a change in and after 2000. It is desired to analyze the precariat class because it reflects this change well. It is seen that the concept of class or stratification described in traditional theories has changed after globalization. The need arises to be able to explain the new forms that emerged with this change, and to analyze the social classes that take a layered form within themselves. Stratification and class structure in a society provide information about the social structure and reality of that society. The aim of this study is to analyze the changing stratification and class structure and to explain the change through the precariat class. Especially in 2000 and later, with the effect of the globalization phenomenon, a change occurs in the forms of social stratification with horizontal and vertical mobility. There is now also a division between layers. This situation is handled in the form of in-class divisions in the study. Class divisions are important as they are an indicator of the change in class structure. It is aimed to analyze the social classes that have become layered and complex and to deal with the precariat within the framework of all these changes. The precariat class embodies the effects of the global and neoliberal economic transformations that date back to the 1970s and the various reasons discussed in the thesis on social classes. Flexible and precarious employment, no union, the withering of class consciousness, etc. The precariat constitutes a suitable example in order to explained. In this study, studies related to the precariat in the last 20 years are discussed with the descriptive analysis method based on the literature review. The aim of the research is to explain the changes that occurred in and after the year 2000, and to analyze these changes over the precariat class. In order to achieve this aim, descriptive analysis method based on literature review is preferred. As a result of this study, it has been revealed that there is a different change in the social change and class appearance in 2000 and later than the classical explanations and the reasons for this change. It is seen that the precariat, which is not yet seen as a class, will be a subject that will occupy social sciences in today's world full of precariousness and uncertainties.
