Özet

Bu tezde Ahmed b. Abdulkâdir el-Kevkebânî'nin (ö. 1281) Teysîru'l-Mennân fi tefsîri'l-Kur'ân isimli eserinden Nahil suresinin tahkik ve analizi yapılmıştır. Kevkebânî, Zeydiyye mezhebine mensup meşhur bir alimdir. Eser sahâbe ve tabiîn büyüklerinin görüş ve açıklamalarını ihtiva etmesi ile Kevkebânî'nin kültür ve ilmi seviyesine delalet eden istidlâlleri sebebiyle önemlidir. Aynı şekilde müellifin eserde birçok kaynaktan nakilde bulunması da eserin önemi artırmıştır. Müellif birçok eserden nakiller yapmış, hem belagat, nahiv, sarf gibi Arapça'yla ilgili konularda hem de fıkıh, akâid tefsir gibi dini ilimlerle ilgili hususlarda faydalı bilgiler nakletmiştir. Araştırmada müellifin biyografisi ve ilmi durumu açıklanırken betimleyici analitik yöntem kullanılmıştır. Tahkik bölümünde ise tahkik ve talik yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlardan önemlileri şunlardır: Kevkebânî'nin eseri görüş, rey ve istidrâkler yönüyle hayli zengindir. Bu durum onun müşkil meselelerle ilgili tafsilatlı bilgiye sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Kevkebânî, tefsir, hadis fıkıh, nahiv, lügat ve kıraat eserlerine itimat etmiştir. Bu yönüyle eser birçok ilim ihtiva eden ansiklopedik kaynak mesabesindedir. Eserde hadislerle istidlâl ve fıkhî görüşlerin kaynağını açıklama yöntem olarak benimsenmiştir. Sebeb-i nuzûl, şiirle istişhâda önem verilmiştir. Akâidle ilgili âyetler kısaca açıklanmış, fırkaların özellikle de Mu'tezilenin fikirleri çok kısa olarak, verilmiş, açıklama ve cevap verme gayreti gösterilmemiştir. Ahkam ayetleri ve Kur'ân ilimleri konusuna gelince nâsih- mensûh, mücmel-mübeyyen, muhkemmüteşâbih, âm-hâs gibi hususlara değinilmiştir. Eserin eleştirilen yönleri ise şunlardır. Eserde irab konularına değinilmemiş, peygamber ve geçmiş ümmetlerin kıssaları ile bazı gaybî konularda isrâilî bilgilere yorum yapılmadan yer verilmiştir.

Özet (Çeviri)

This thesis deals with the investigation of Surat Al-Nahl in the interpretation of the Qur'an, called:“Tayseer Al-Mannan fi tefsir al- Qur'an”by the scholar Ahmed bin Abdul Qadir Al-Kawkabani, who died (after 1281 AH), and he is one of the Zaydi scholars of Yemen. The importance of this book comes from the opinions and quotations it contains of the great companions and followers, and inferences that reflect the diversity of Kawkabani's culture, his prominent scientific personality ،Its importance also comes from the large number of sources and resources that the author relied on in his footnotes, as he quoted from many sources, and his interpretation collected various sciences such as the Arabic sciences of grammar, morphology and rhetoric, and the legal sciences: such as jurisprudence and its origins, belief, and the science of interpretation. The study followed the historical descriptive approach when translating the author and his scientific biography, and the method of investigation and commentary in the investigaed text. Among the most important conclusions of this study: Tafsir al-Kawkabani was rich in including many sayings, opinions and objections, and this reflects his wide knowledge and his ability to elaborate on controversial issues .Al-Kawkabani was also distinguished by his reliance on many sources in interpretation, hadith, jurisprudence, grammar, language and readings. His interpretation is one of the encyclopedias that brought together many sciences. In his approach, he relied on inference from hadith, extracting jurisprudential rulings, and cared for mentioning the reasons for the revelation of the verse, and citing poetry in his interpretation. He was brief in interpreting the verses of belief, and he mentioned the sayings of the sects - the Mu'tazila in particular - in a comprehensive manner without weighting or refuting, as for the verses of rulings, and what is related to the investigations of the sciences of the Qur'an, he mentions the Nasekh and the Mansukh and comments on them, and mentions the Mujmal and the Mbayyan, the Muhkam and the Mutashabah, the general and the specific. It is noteworthy that the author neglected the aspect of syntax, and mentioned the Jewish narratives - especially in the stories of the prophets, and the news of past nations, and some of the metaphysical matters- without a response or comment.
