Özet

Reinke ödemi (RÖ), reinke boşluğunda ödem ve vasküler konjesyona bağlı olarak polipoid dejenerasyonla sonuçlanan benign larenks hastalığıdır. Çalışmamızda, RÖ tanısıyla opere edilen hastalarda preoperatif, postoperatif 1. Ay ve 3. Ayda yapılan objektif ve subjektif değerlendirmelerle cerrahiye eklenen ses terapisinin tedaviye ve ses kalitesine etkisinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır.Çalışmaya, larengoloji polikliniğine başvuran, RÖ tanısı alan 18 yaş üstü 42 hasta alınmıştır. Hastalar, cerrahiye ek olarak ses terapisi alan (1. Grup) ve sadece cerrahi tedavi uygulanan (2. Grup) grup olmak üzere ikiye ayrılmıştır. Hastaların objektif değerlendirilmesinde akustik ses analizi (F0,jitter %, shimmer %,RAP,NHR,VTI,SPI) ve aerodinamik ölçümlere (MFS,s/z)bakılırken, subjektif değerlendirilmesinde ise GRBAS, SHİ, SİHKİ ve RSİ kullanılmıştır.Çalışmamızın grup içive gruplar arasında akustik ses analizi ve aerodinamik ölçümleri sonuçlarına bakıldığında;1. grubun SPI dışındaki tüm parametrelerinde ve MFSparametrelerinde anlamlı farklılık varken (p0,05). Grup içi ve gruplar arasında subjektif ölçüm sonuçlarına bakıldığında G,R,S ve GRBAS toplam puanı, SHİ, SİHKİ ve RSİ puanları açısından hem grup içindehemde gruplar arasında anlamlı farklılık vardır (p

Reinke's edema (RE) is a benign laryngeal disease that results in polypoid degeneration due to edema and vascular congestion in the reinke space. In our study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of voice therapy added to surgery on treatment and voice quality, with objective and subjective evaluations made at preoperative, postoperative 1st month and 3rd months in patients who were operated with the diagnosis of RE. Forty-two patients over the age of 18 who applied to the laryngology outpatient clinic and were diagnosed with RE were included in the study. The patients were divided into two groups as those who received voice therapy in addition to surgery (group 1) and those who received only surgical treatment (group 2). While acoustic voice analysis (F0, jitter %, shimmer %, RAP, NHR, VTI, SPI) and aerodynamic measurements (MFS, s/z) were used in the objective evaluation of the patients, GRBAS, SHI, SIHKI and RSI were used in the subjective evaluation.
