Özet
Günümüzde yaşadığımız evrende devletlerin varlıkları için hayati öneme sahip oldukları nokta, ileri teknoloji savunma sanayilerine sahip olduklarıyla ilişkilendirilmiştir. Genç Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin kuruluşundan itibaren birçok iç ve dış sorunlarla uğraşmak zorunda kaldığı ve sanayi-ileri teknolojik savunma sanayinde güçlü devletler karşısında istediği pozisyona gelebilmesi uzun zaman aldığıdır. Dışa bağımlı teknoloji ve özellikle savunma sistemleri, ekonomik külfetlerini bir yana bırakacak olunursa, gelişen dijital dünya düzeninde güvenilir olup olmaması artık tartışmalı konular arasındadır. Bu özellikler göz önüne alınarak Türkiye hem devlet eliyle hem de özel sektör katkılarıyla milli-yerli savunma sanayine el atarak, son yıllarda dünyada ses getiren İHA ve SİHA'lar üzerinden savunma sanayin de ileri devletler seviyesine ulaşmış hatta geçmiştir. Türkiye bu alandaki gelişmeleri sahada kullanarak özellikle 37 seneden beridir Türkiye'yi terör eylemleri ile kana bulayan terör örgütü PKK üzerinde uygulayarak büyük başarılar elde etmiştir. İHA ve SİHA'lar ile yapılan Operasyonlar sayesinde terör örgütü PKK'nın beli kırılmıştır. İçerideki başarılar yanında Uluslararası platformlarda da birçok başarıya imza atan Türk yapımı İHA ve SİHA'lar dünyanın gündemine oturarak birçok devlet satın alabilmek için sıraya girmelerine neden olmuştur. Türkiye savunma sistemlerin de İHA ve SİHA ile yetinmeyerek, birçok savunma sistemini milli-yerli imkânlar ve kendi yetiştirdiği teknik personeller sayesinde yapmıştır. Bu İHA ve SİHA'ların PKK terör örgütü üzerinde bıraktığı etkiler incelenerek açıklanmaya ve ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca bu teknolojik gelişmelerin avantaj ve dezavantajları da konu edilecektir. Türkiye'nin savunma sanayisinin neden yerli ve milli olması gerektiğinin önemi ortaya konulmuştur.

In today's universe, where we live there, the industrial owners who have the structures of the states that are vital importance, are equipped with the young Turkish Republic's foundation to overcome to bein the desired position that against powerful states in the advanced technological defense industry, which had to deal with many interna and external issues. Foreign-dependent technology and especially defense systems, aside from their economic burdens, are now among the controversial issues whether they are reliable in the developing digital world order. As considering these features, Turkey has reached the entrance of the states in the defense indostry through both state and pricate user systems, and the national and domestic defense industry, through the world-renowned UAV's and SIHA's, one of the latest systems. Turkey has achieved great success by using the developments in this field on the ground, especially by implementing them on the terrorist organization PKK, which has been bringing Turkey to blood with terrorist acts for 37 years. UAV and SIHA's have broken the back of the terrorist organization PKK thanks to the operations. Turkish IHA and SIHAs was the spotlight of this achievement ant than thanks to the domestic production it has provided many purchases that was built in many countries on international platforms. In the fieldr of defense systems Turkey couldn't accept only IHA and SIHA, this nation has created its own defense system with new national possibilities and its chances. The effects of these UAVs and SİHAs on the PKK terrorist organization were examined and tried to be explained and revealed. Also, these benefits and services will be mentioned in this area. It is an exhibition of why Turkey's defense is exhibited by domestic and national industry as an important point.
