Özet
ÖZET ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistemi ve ISO 14000 Çevre Standardı birleştirilebilir iki standarttır. Bu birleşme sonucu ortaya çıkacak uygulama sonucunda hem para hem de zaman tasaruffu sağlayacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, para ve zaman tasarrufu sağlayacak olan böyle bir birleşmenin yararlarım bir vaka çalışmasıyla kanıtlamaktır. ISO 9000 ve ISO 14000'in uygulama masrafları ilk olarak birbirlerinden bağımsız uygulanmaları bağlanımda ele alınacak, daha sonra her İM standardın birarada uygulanması halinde doğması beklenen maliyet azalması incelenecektir. ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistemi ve ISO 14000 Çevre Standardının ortak konulan ele alması sebebiyle birleşmeleri durumunda politikanın hazırlanması, planlama, uygulama, değerlendirme, iiyileştirme ve denetim gibi faaliyetlerin tekrarlanmasına gerek kalmayacaktır. Hem ISO 9000, hem de ISO 14000 standartları şirketlerin kendi istekleri doğrultusunda benimsenen standartlardır. Dolayısıyla şirketlerin gerekli yasal belgelere sahip olma zorunluluğu yoktur. Kamuoyunun baskısı, müşterilerin çevre ve kalite ile ilgili ve uluslararası ticaretin evrenseUeştirilmesi, şirketlerin zorunlu tutulmayan bu standartları giderek benimsemelerim sağlamaktır. Bu çalışma, her iki standartm ortak noktalan olması gerekçesinden yola çıkarak, hızlı bir şekilde birleştirilmesi ve uygulamaya konulmasının para ve zaman tasaruffu açısından önemini vurgulamaktadır.

JV ABSTRACT ISO 9000 quality assurance system and ISO 14000 environmental standard can be consolidated. Consequently the new integrated application will save both money and time. The aim of this study is to provide evidence for this cost and time saving effect through a case study. The research on the costs of ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 is carried out separately within the context of this study, and then the anticipated cost reduction resulting from the joining of these two standards is analyzed as the focus of this thesis. Since ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 address common areas, thus, when they become a single standard, there will be no need for the duplication of actions taken like setting a policy, planning, implementing, evaluation, and improvement and auditing. Both ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards are voluntarily adopted by companies and institutions. There are no obligations to get the necessary certification However, the pressure of the public, the increased environmental and quality awareness of customers and globalization of international trade plays an increasingly persuading role on companies and institutions to adopt these non-compulsory standards. This study emphasizes that as two standards have common points, their implementation should be made at once in order to save a great deal of money and time.
