Özet
Araştırma 0-5 yaş grubu çocuğu olan annelere ateş yönetimi için verilen eğitimin etkinliğinin değerlendirilmesi amacıyla randomize kontrollü deneysel tipte gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma Ocak 2023-Nisan 2023 tarihleri arasında Gebze Fatih Devlet Hastanesi'nin Çocuk Servisi'nde yapılmıştır. Araştırmaya servise ateş şikâyetiyle yatışı yapılan 0-5 yaş grubu çocuğu olan 120 anne katılmıştır. Araştırmada girişim ve kontrol olmak üzere iki grup yer almıştır. Veriler“Ebeveyn Ateş Yönetim Ölçeği”,“Ateş Yönetimi Bilgi Önermeleri Formu”ve“İzlem Formu”ile toplanmıştır. Veriler SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 26.0 paket programında uygun istatistiksel yöntemlerle değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada eğitim sonrası girişim grubu annelerin ebeveyn ateş yönetim ölçeği (EAYÖ) puan ortalamalarının grup içi değerlendirmelerine bakıldığında eğitim sonrası EAYÖ puan ortalamalarının, eğitimden önceki ölçümlere göre daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,001; 2,3<1). Annelerin gruplar arası EAYÖ puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında eğitimden üç gün sonra ve bir ay sonraki ölçümlerinde girişim grubundaki annelerin kontrol grubundaki annelere göre EAYÖ puan ortalamalarının daha düşük olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,001). Araştırmada eğitim sonrası ebeveyn ateş yönetimi bilgi önermeleri formu (AYBÖF) puan ortalamalarının grup içi değerlendirmelerine bakıldığında; eğitim sonrası AYBÖF puan ortalamaları, eğitimden önceki ölçümlere göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0,001; 1<2<3). Annelerin gruplar arası AYBÖF puan ortalamaları karşılaştırıldığında eğitimden üç gün sonra ve bir ay sonraki ölçümlerinde girişim grubundaki annelerin kontrol grubundaki annelere göre AYBÖF puan ortalamalarının daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak 0-5 yaş grubu çocuğu olan annelere verilen ateş yönetimi eğitiminin süreci etkin yönetmeyi arttırdığı ve annelerin ateşe yönelik endişe ve bakım yükünü azaltmada etkili olduğu saptanmıştır.

The study was carried out in a randomized controlled experimental design type in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the education given to mothers have 0-5 age group children for fever management. The research was conducted in the Pediatric Service of Gebze Fatih State Hospital between January 2023 and April 2023. The study constituted 120 mothers with 0-5 age group children who were hospitalized with a fire complaint to the service. The research constitutes two groups. It is the initiative group that takes three days, 2 sessions per day, and a total of six sessions, and the control group that has not been implemented, except for the routine procedure of the service. Data were collected with the“Parental Fever Management Scale”,“Fever Management Information Statement Form”and“Follow-up Form”. The data were evaluated with appropriate statistical methods in the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) for Windows 26.0 package program. In the study, the post-training enterprise group mothers' parental fever management scale (PFMS) score averages were determined to be lower than the post-training EAYÖ score averages compared to the measurements before education (p<0.001;2,3<1). Compared to the average of the PFMS points of the mothers between the groups, it was determined that the average of the PFMS points was lower than the mothers in the control group of the mothers in the enterprise group three days after training and one month later (p<0,001). In the research, when looking at the in-group evaluations of the post-training parental fever management information propositions form (PFMIPR) score averages; PFMIPR score averages after training were determined to be higher than those before training (p<0.001;1<2<3). Compared to the average of the EIB's points between the mothers and the PFMIPR points, it was determined that the average of the PFMIPR points was higher than the mothers in the control group of the mothers in the enterprise group three days after the training and one month later. As a result, it has been determined that the fire management training given to mothers with 0-5 age group children increases effective management of the process and is effective in reducing the burden of anxiety and care for mothers.
