Özet
Araştırma; hemşirelik öğrencilerinin perioperatif bakımda kanıta dayalı hemşirelik uygulamalarına yönelik bilgi düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Çalışmamın evrenini Gazi Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi Hemşirelik Bölümünde eğitim gören 3. ve 4. sınıf 476 hemşirelik öğrencisi oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen 'Öğrenci Hemşire Tanılama Formu' ve 'Perioperatif Bakımda Kanıta Dayalı Hemşirelik Uygulamaları Bilgi Formu' ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, bağımsız t testi ve çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Perioperatif Dönemde Kanıta Dayalı Hemşirelik Uygulamaları Bilgi Formu toplam puan ortalamaları 24,18±3,07 olarak bulunmuştur. Anket maddelerinin yarısından fazlasını (18 soru) doğru yanıtlayan öğrenciler, toplam öğrencilerin %99,8'ini, aritmetik ortalamanın üzerinde doğru yanıt veren öğrenciler ise toplam öğrencilerin %44,8'ini oluşturmaktadır. Başarılı sayılabilmek için konulan %70 ve üzeri doğru yanıtlama şartına uyan öğrenciler, tüm öğrencilerin %34,1'i olduğu saptanmıştır. Perioperatif Dönemde Kanıta Dayalı Hemşirelik Uygulamaları Bilgi Formu toplam puanları üzerinde cinsiyetin, sınıfın ve genel akademik not ortalamasının anlamlı derecede etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). En çok doğru yanıt verilen maddeler alt boyutlar için sırasıyla“Perioperatif dönemde hasta değerlendirilmesi”,“İntraoperatif hasta izlemi”ve“Postoperatif beslenme”konulu, en az doğru yanıt verilen maddeler ise“Cerrahi bölgede tüy temizliği”,“Anestezi Protokolü”ve“Postoperatif ağrı yönetimi ve kan şekeri yönetimi”konulu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda; hemşirelik öğrencilerinde Kanıta Dayalı Hemşirelik (KDH) uygulamalarına yönelik bilgilerin kalıcılığının artırılması için farklı öğretim yöntemlerine başvurularak müfredatın zenginleştirilmesi ve öğrenci düzeyinde KDH uygulamaları ile ilgili daha fazla çalışmaların yapılması önerilmektedir.

This research was conducted as a descriptive study to determine the knowledge level of nursing students about evidence-based nursing practices in perioperative care. The sample of the study consisted of 476 nursing students in the 3rd and 4th grade studying at Gazi University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing. Data were collected with the 'Student Nurse Identification Form' and 'Evidence-Based Nursing Practices Information Form in Perioperative Care' developed by the researchers. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to evaluate the data. The total mean score of the students on the Evidence-Based Nursing Practices Information Form in the Perioperative Period was found to be 24.18±3.07. Students who answered more than half of the survey items (18 questions) correctly constitute 99.8% of the total students, and students who answered correctly above the arithmetic average constitute 44.8% of the total students. It was determined that the students who met the 70% or more correct answer requirement set in order to be considered successful were 34.1% of all students. It was determined that gender, class and general academic grade average had a significant effect on the total scores of the Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Information Form in the Perioperative Period (p<0.05). The items with the most correct answers were“Patient evaluation in the perioperative period”,“Intraoperative patient follow-up”and“Post-operative nutrition”for the sub-dimensions, and the least correct answers were“Hair cleaning in the surgical area”,“Anesthesia Protocol”and“Postoperatively”. pain management and blood sugar management". In line with the information obtained from the research; in order to increase the permanence of knowledge on Evidence-Based Practice in Nursing (EBPN) practices in nursing students, it is recommended to enrich the curriculum by applying different teaching methods and to carry out more studies on EBPN applications at the student level.
