Özet
This study aimed to identify jurisprudential regulations disagreed upon between the Three Hanafi Imams (Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Abu Youssef and Imam Muhammad) in the sections of ablution and prayer, and show the extent of their impact on the branches of jurisprudence, and mention their jurisprudential subsections with its clarification. In the study, the researcher followed the inductive approach to collect the different jurisprudential regulations disagreed upon between the Three Hanafi Imams in the sections of ablution and prayer, the descriptive approach to explain the regulations and their impact on the jurisprudential subsections, the comparative approach to compare the evidences of the three imams with each other in their regulations, and the deductive approach to extract the relationship between these different jurisprudential regulations and their impact on the jurisprudential subsections. The study presented an explanation of the meaning of the jurisprudential regulation with a narration of its wordings and conditions of its cornerstones and the 140 difference between it and the related terms, and summarized the biography of the Three Hanafi Imams, after which it defined the different jurisprudential regulations of them, and explained under them the subject of dispute until it becomes clear where the disagreement and agreement is, and their evidence is listed in it with a delay of the most preferred statement - if any - to respond to the unpreferred saying, then the impact of those regulations on jurisprudential subsections was presented. Then the study reached ten different regulations in the section of ablution with thirty-four jurisprudential subsections falling under it, and seventeen different regulations in the section of prayer with ninety-one jurisprudential subsections falling under it; then explained them and concluded through all these that many of the disagreements in the jurisprudential subsections among the Three Hanafi Imams derives from the different regulations they have.
