Özet
iii ÖZET Bu araştırma, Sivas il sınırlan içerisinde yapılmış ve Sivas yöresinde yayılış gösteren mikrofungus türlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. 1996-1998 yıllarının vegetasyon dönemlerinde yapılan periyodik arazi çalışmalarında, üzerinde mikrofungus bulunan 2700 kadar vasküler bitki örneği (konukçu-substrat) toplanmıştır. Bu örneklerin adlandırılması sonucunda 45 familyaya dahil 180 cins ve 400 konukçu ve substrat tür tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca üzerinde mikrofungus bulunan ancak türü tespit edilemiyen 85 konukçu cins de değerlendirilmiştir. Konukçu ve substratların üzerinde bulunan Mikrofungusların adlandırılması ile 14 familyaya dahil 49 cins ve 200 tür (202 takson) saptanmıştır. Bu türlerden 56'sı Ascomycotina, 116'sı Basidiomycotina, 28'de Deuteromycotina altdivizyola rına dahildir. Sivas yöresinde ençok tür içeren mikrofungus familyaları Pucciniaceae (104 tür), Erysiphaceae (34 tür) Sphaeropsidaceae (16 tür) ve Pleosporaceae (14 tür) dir. Kalan 32 tür ise 10 familyaya aittir. En fazla türü bulunan cinsler ise Puccinia (66 tür), Uromyces (27 tür) ve Erysiphe (19 tür) dir. Kalan 88 tür ise 46 cinse dahildir. En yaygın mikrofungus türlerinden Leveillula taurica 30, Puccinia graminis 21 konukçu tür üzerinde bulunmuştur. Bir çok tür ise sadece 1 konukçu da tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma ile Türkiye için yeni olan 71 mikrofungus türü saptanmıştır. Ayrıca yeni konukçular da belirlenmiştir. Anahtar Kalimeler: Türkiye, Sivas, Mikrofungus, Konukçu, Parazit, Saprotrof

IV SUMMARY The Purpose of this research was to establish the microfungi species which are grown in Sivas province. Field study were made periodically in the vegetation periods between 1996- 1998 years. Approximately 2700 vascular plant specimens (namely host-substrate) were collected from the study area. After the naming of the specimens 180 genera and 400 host and substrate species belonging to 45 families were determined. Moreover, 85 genera which are microfungi found on, but due to inadequate materials were not determined at the species level were included in the list By the naming the microfungi which are grown on the host and substrate specimens, 49 genera and 200 microfungi species (200 taxa) belonging to 14 families were established. Distribution of the microfungi species to the subdivisions is as follows: Ascomycotina 56, Basidiomycotyna 116, Deutoromycotina 28. With respect to number of species they contain, the biggest families at Sivas province are Pucci niaceae (104 species), Erysiphaceae (34 species) Sphaeropsidaceae (16 species) and Pleosporaceae (14 species). The remaining 32 species belong to 10 families. 66 out of 200 species belong to the genera Puccinia, 27 Uromyces, and 19 Erysiphe. The others 46 genera comprises of 88 species. Leveillula taurica and Puccinia graminis which are the most widespread species were found on the 30 and 21 host species respectively. On the other hand, a lot of microfungi species were found on only one host or substrate species. 71 microfungi species are new records for the micoflora of Turkey. Moreover, some new host and substrate species were established for some microfungi.
