Özet

In our world that changes rapidly becomes more complex today, brings the need for earning and transmitting knowledge, the facts and ideas, sentiments, thoughts and exchanging them. Communication; with its contemporary explanation, is a relation and a combination of the efforts to supply agreement between people who have different views but who need each other as a part of the system to find a common solution for the problems. Education institutions are very important in defining the rate of social behaviours and individual relations. The teachers and the managers are the most affective people in supplying the function of the Education Institutions. The relation between teachers and managers in school affect the function of the institution in positive or negative ways. In this search the communication between teachers and managers in Industrial and Professional High schools is tried to be defined. For that, searching system is used. This search has six parts. The first part is“Introduction”. The second part is“Related Sources”. In this part, the related researches and theoretical publications are taken into consider. In the third part the system of the search is given. In the fourth part, the knowledge captured is given according to the job, branch and sex, in tables. According to the information collected; in the fifth part comments are made under“Discussion”part. In the last part which is“The Result and Proposals”are made according to the different researches and findings, and the results are given. Here are some of the achievements those are considered important: Most of the managers and teachers that attended the search haven't attended a course about communication. Sometimes the school managers take teachers ideas into consider. VIThe school managers don't give importance to the attendance of the teachers to the decisions that will be taken, every time. The school managers are don't behave democratic to all the teachers, every time. The school managers sometimes behave in a way that motivates the teachers. However in terms of the variety of sex, duty, seniority there have been found important differences in the views of the subject.
