Özet
Çalışmamızda Kurʾân-ı Kerîm'in serlevha âyetlerini oluşturan Mü'minûn sûresinin konulu tefsîrini ilgili Kurʾân ilimleri çerçevesinde inceledik. Sûre iki bölüm halinde temerküz etmektedir. Giriş kısmında en temel Kurʾân ilimleri hakkında bilgi verilmiş olup, birinci bölümde konulu tefsîr, konulu tefsîrin Kurʾân ilimleriyle ilişkisi ve Mü'minûn sûresinin tanıtımı yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise sûrenin ilgili Kurʾân ilimleri ışığında konulu tefsîri yapılmıştır. Müminlerin niteliğini açıklayarak başlayan sûre, Allah Teâlâ'nın kudret ve birliğini gösteren delilleri; insan, hayvan, bitki, yedi kat gökler, yerlerin eşsiz yaratılışıyla tasvir ederek anlatmaktadır. Yine bu sûrede Hz. Muhammed'i (s.a.v) müşriklerden görmüş olduğu eziyetlere karşı teselli etmek için Hz. Nûh, Hz. Hûd, Hz. Mûsâ, Hz. Meryem ve oğlu Hz. İsâ'nın kıssalarına yer verilmiştir. Hakka ve hakikate inkâr, şüphe ve yalanlamayla yaklaşanların itirazları dile getirilmiş, nihayet Resûllerin Rablerinden yardım istemeleri sonucunda yalanlayanların helâk oldukları, iman edip sâlih amel işleyenlerin ise kurtuluşa erdikleri muştulanmıştır. Sûrenin sonunda dönülecek olan tek yerin, ölümü, yeniden dirilişi, haşir-neşiri tüm gerçekliğiyle muhataplarına hatırlatan Allah Teâlâ'ya olacağı, O'nun yegâne güç ve malik olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Bütün mesele delil ve nitelikleriyle iman meselesidir, sûrenin konusu da ekseni de budur. Güncelliğini tüm mevcudatıyla koruyan Kurʾân-ı Kerîm'in bu sûresinde Yüce Allah, bahsi geçen konularla dün olduğu gibi bugün de biz insanoğluna hitap etmekte ve o gelecek güne hazırlanmamızı istemektedir.

In our study, we tried to examine the thematic tafsīr of the sūrah Al-Mu'minūn which constitutes the important verses of the Holy Quran within the framework of the relevant Quranic sciences. The sūrah is centered in two parts. The information about the most basic Qurʾānic sciences is given in the introduction. in the first part, the meaning of thematic tafsīr, the relationship between thematic tafsīr and Qurʾānic sciences and the introduction of Surah al-Muʿminūn are introduced. In the second part, a thematic interpretation of the surah was made in the light of the relevant Qurʾānic sciences. The sūrah begins by explaining the features of the believers and describes the proofs of the power and unity of Allah by depicting the unique creation of human beings, animals, plants, seven layers of heavens and earths. This surah also includes the stories of Prophet Noah, Prophet Hud, Prophet Moses, Prophet Maryam and her son Jesus in order to console Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) against the persecution he suffered from the polytheists. The objections of those who approached the truth with denial and doubt were expressed, and finally, as a result of the Messengers' asking for help from their Lord, it was foretold that those who denied are destroyed, and those who believed and did righteous deeds are blessed. At the end of the sūrah, it is emphasized that the only place that will be returned is to Allah who is the sole power and indicated the death and resurrection of the human being. The whole issue is a matter of faith with its proofs and features, and this is the subject and the axis of the sūrah. In this sūrah of the Holy Qurʾān, which preserves its topicality with all its existence, Allah Almighty addresses us human beings today as well as yesterdaywith the aforementioned topics and asks us to prepare for that future day.
