Özet
Mevlânâ'nın Mesnevî adlı eserinde sûfî şahsiyet, ahlâkî ve manevî değerlerle bütünleşerek mükemmelliğe kavuşur. Bu çalışma ile“Mesnevî'de”insan, nefs, nefsin tasnifi, ahlakî ve manevî kavramlarla şahsiyet eğitimini anlaşılır kılmayı hedefledik. Sûfînin şahsiyet eğitimi, kötü huyları terk edip Hakk'ın istediği iyi huyları benliğine yerleştirmekle mümkün olacaktır. Mevlânâ'ya göre şahsiyet eğitimi öncelikle arınmayla mümkündür. Kişilik eğitiminde tek odak noktası Cenâb-ı Hak'tır. Sûfi samimi bir kalple Allah'a teslimiyet içinde yöneldiğinde kemâle erecektir. Sûfî, Allah ile ünsiyet kurduğunda zaman ve mekân tanımadan yaşadığı bu hâli daimî olacaktır. Mesnevî'deki şahsiyet eğitimi, içsel arınmayı merkeze alan bir eğitim olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bundan dolayı tasavvufî eğitimde kullanılan metot ve unsurların kendine özgü olduğunu söylemek mümkündür. Mesnevî'de geçen sûfî hikâyeleri onların şahsiyet eğitimini örneklerle ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tasavvuf anlayışında şahsiyet eğitimi meselesini belirli kavramlar çerçevesinde ele alınması gerekmektedir. Sûfînin eğitiminin iki temel yolu vardır. Bunlardan birincisi nefsi kötü sıfatlardan temizleyip mârifet anlayışına sahip olmak ikincisi ilâhî aşkı elde edip bu yolda ilerlemek. Mevlânâ, insanı, görünüşte küçük ama hakikatte büyük varlık olarak tanımlamıştır. O'nun hedefi normal insanı, eğitim ile mükemmelliğe kavuşturmaktır.

In Mevlana's work called Mesnevi, the Sufî personality reaches perfection by integrating with moral and spiritual values. With this study, we aimed to make personality education understandable with human, self, classification of soul, moral and spiritual concepts in“Mesnevi”. Sufî personality education will be possible by creating the morality and identity desired by Allah. Personality education of a Sufî will be possible by abandoning bad habits and instilling in himself the good habits that God wants. According to Mevlana, personality education is possible primarily through purification. The only focus in personality education is God Almighty. The Sufî will reach perfection when he turns to Allah with a sincere heart and in submission. When the Sufî establishes a relationship with God, this state in which he lives without knowing time and space will be permanent. Personality education in Mesnevi can be evaluated as an education that centers on inner purification. Therefore, it is possible to say that the methods and elements used in Sufî education are unique. Sufî stories in Mesnevi reveal their personality education with examples. In this work, the issue of personality education in the understanding of Sufîsm needs to be discussed within the framework of certain concepts. There are two basic ways of training a Sufî. The first of these is to cleanse the soul from bad adjectives and have an understanding of knowledge, and the second is to attain divine love and progress on this path. Mevlana defined human beings as small in appearance but great in reality. His goal is to bring normal people to perfection through education.
