Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada: 1. i- ( N - fenil, o ve p - klorofeniliminometil ) - 2 - naftol (164 a, b, c) sentezlenmiş, 2. Sentezlenen Schiff bazları (164a, b, c) NaBH4 ile indirgenmiş, 3. 1- (N - fenil ve o, p - klorofenilaminometil) - 2 - naftol (165a, b, c), kloroasetilklorür ile açillenmiş, 4. Açillenmiş (1-N, 2-0- dikloroasetil) - N - (fenil, ovep - klorofenilaminometil) - 2 - naftol (168a, b, c), bazik ortamda halka kapanması reaksiyonu ile karşılık geldikleri (167a, b, c) naftoksazepinlere dönüştürülmüşlerdir. Sentezlenen Schiff bazlarının (164a, b, c) aminlerin (165a, b, c) ve diaçiltürevlerinin (168a, b, c) yapıları I.R, U.V. 'H-N.M.R ve 13C-N.M.R spektrumları tayin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. SUMMARY In this work: 1. 1- ( N - phenyl and o-, p- chlorophenyliminomethyl) - 2 - naphthols ( 164, a, b, c ) were synthesised, 2. The synthesised Schiff bases (164a, b and c) were reduced with NaBH4, 3. 1- (N - phenyl and o-, p- chlorophenylaminomethyl) - 2 - naphthols were acylated with chloroacetylchloride, 4. The acylated (1-N, 2-0- dichloroacetly)-N-(phenyl and o-ve p- chlorophenylaminomethyl)- 2 - naphthols (168, a, b ve c) were converfeel to the corresponding reephdhoraze pins (167, a, b ve c) by a ring closure reaction in basic medium. The synthesised Schiff bases (164, a, b ve c) amines (165, ab, c) and the diacyl derivatives (168, a, b, c) structures were tired to be determined by IR, UV, XH - N.M.R and C- N.M.R spectra, but, because of the impurities in the amine (165c) and the ring closed product (167c) the determination of the structures can not be dore correctly.
