Özet

ÖZET Bu çalışmada: 1. l-(N-fenil o ve p-klorofeniliminometil)-2-naftol (164a,b,c) sentezlenmiş, 2. Sentezlenen Schiff bazları (164 a,b,c) NaBH4 ile indirgenmiş, 3. l-(N-fenil ve o,p-klorofenilamimometil)-2-naftol (165a,b,c), dikloroasetilklorür ile açillenmiş, 4. Açillenmiş l-(N-dikloroasetil)-N-(fenil, o ve p klorofenilaminometil)-2-naftol (166 a,b,c) bazik ortamda halka kapanması reaksiyonu ile karşılık geldikleri (167 a,b,c) naftoksazepinlere dönüştürülmüşlerdir. Sentezlenen Schiff bazlarının (164 a,b,c), aminlerinin (165 a,b,c) ve acil türevlerinin (166 a,b,c) yapılan I.R, U.V. ^-N.M.R ve 13C-N.M.R spektrumları tayin edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ancak orto ve para-klorofenilsübstitüe amin (165b ve 165c) acil türevi ve halka kapanmış ürünlerin -N.M.R ve 13C-N.M.R spektrumlarında safsızlıklar olduğu için yapı aydınlatılması tam olarak yapılamamıştır. a) Rı=R2=R3=II b) Rı= R2=H, R3=C1 c) R,=C1, R2=R3=H (165) R2 R3 167

SUMMARY In this work: 1. 1 -(N-phenyl and o,p-chlorophenyliminomethyl)-2-napthols ( 1 64a,b,c) were synthesised, 2. The synthesised Schiffbases (1 64 a,b,c) were reduced with NaBH4, 3. l-(N-phenyl and o,p-chlorophenylamimomethyl)-2-napthols (165a,b,c) were acylated with dicholoroacetylcholoride, 4. The acylated l-(N-dicholoroacetyl)-N-(phenyl, and o,p cholorophenylaminomethyl)-2- napthols (166 a,b,c) were converfeel to the corresponding reephdhoraze pins (167 a,b,c) by a ring closure reaction in basic medium. The synthesised Schiffbases (164 a,b,c), amines (165 a,b,c) and the acyl derivatives (166 a,b,c) structures were tired to be determined by I.R, U.V. 'H-N.M.R ve 13C-N.M.R spektra but because of the impurities in the amine (165b and 165c) the ring closed product (167b and 167c) the dtermination of the structures can not be dore correctly a) -Ri=R;=R3=H b) Ri= R2=H, R3=C1 c) R,=Cl, R2=R3=H CH2 NH R, R2 (165) 167 (166)
