Özet
ÖZET Günümüzde özellikle uluslararası ortamda pazar paylarını arttırmak firmaların ortak hedefi haline gelmiştir. Pazardaki payını arttırmayı başaran firmaların bu başarısında kalitenin ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu başarıda kalitenin payı daha çok kalite hedeflerine ulaşmada izlenen yol, kullanılan yöntem ve tekniklerle ilgilidir. ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence ve ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetimi sistemleriyle ilgili açıklama ve sistem modellerine çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde yer verilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde, ISO 9002 'Üretim ve Tesiste Kalite Güvencesi Modeli' nin tüm standart maddeleriyle polimerik şerit, elyaf üreten bir firmada uygulanması; ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi' nin uygulamasına ilişkin öneri ve firmada uygulanması için izlenmesi gereken yol ve İstatiksel Proses Kontrol uygulamaları hakkında tanım ve formüllere yer verilmiştir. Daha sonra ise İstatiksel Proses Kontrol' nün firmada ekstrüzyon hattında kullanılmasına ilişkin uygulamalar dördüncü bölümde anlatılmıştır. Beşinci bölüm ise sonuç ve öneriler bölümü olup, çalışmanın genel olarak değerlendirmesi ve İstatiksel Proses Kontrol uygulaması ile ilgili öneri ve yorumlan kapsamaktadır. ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistem Standartlarının getirdiği anlayış ile hata muayeneler ile değil üretim prosesi devam ederken yakalanır ve ortadan kaldırılır. Bu anlamda ürün kalitesini kontrol altında tutmak için kullanılan izleme metodu İstatiksel Proses Kontrol olarak adlandırılır. İstatiksel Proses Kontrol çalışmalarında firmada uygulanan metot x-R proses kontrol kartlarının kullanılmasıdır. ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistem Standardı, hepimize daha temiz, güvenli ve sağlıklı dünyayı önerdiğinden çevre konusunu dünya çapında bir ilgi odağı haline getirmiştir. Bu standartlar serisi organizasyonlar için dünya pazarında çevresel konuların tüm alanları kapsaması için dizayn edilmiştir. ISO 14000 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi bu çalışmada incelenen firma için çok yeni bir sistem olmakla beraber, ISO 9002 Kalite Güvence Sistemi' nin firmada varolması her iki sistemin Toplam Kalite Yönetimi felsefesinde birleştirilerek sistemlerin etkin ve sürekli kılınmasını sağlayacağı anlaşılmıştır. Ayrıca İstatiksel Proses Kontrol'ünün kalite ve üretim problemleri için bir çözüm olmadığı, etkin olmayan veya yıpranmış makine ya da aletlerle uygulanan prosesi düzeltemeyeceği, işlevinin sadece bu tip problemleri bulma ve gerekli düzeltici faaliyetleri tanımlamak olduğu sonucu çıkartılmıştır. ABSTRACT In today's world, universal companies are in a challenging competence to increase their share in the global marketplace. It is well known that the quality assurance is very important for the companies who have achieved their goal. Those companies that hold tha major share of the global market are presumably using the best methods, technics in the quality assurance process. In the second chapter of the thesis, ISO 9000 Quality Assurance and ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems are described. The application of ISO 9002 Manufacturing and Plant Quality Assurance Standards in producing polymeric tape and fiber are discussed in the third chapter. In such company, it is also evaluated that how efficent it may be to put the manufactural processes ' into ISO 14000 Environmental Management System and Statistical Proses Control technics. Applying the Statistical Process Control methods and technics are sampled at the extruder line in the company. Last chapter contains results and suggestion that give general description of the thesis. On the other hand, it gives the results and comments about applied Statistical Proses Control. Statistical Process Control is a method of monitoring a process during its operation in order to control the quality of the products while they are being produced, rather than relying on inspection to find problems after the fact. The company applies the x-bar, Rcharts for bringing the process under statistical process control. A set of international standards brings a world-wide focus to the environment, encouraging a cleaner, safer, healthier world for us all. This series of standards is designed to cover the whole area of environmental issues for organizations in the global marketplace. ISO 14000 Environmental Management System is very new for the company which is inspected in this thesis. But it has been appreciated that, having the ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System enables the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 systems come together to get standards efficent and continuous. Statistical Process Control is not a cure- all for quality and production problems. It will not correct a poor product design or resolve poor employee job training, nor will it correct an inefficent process or worn out machines and tooling. However, it will help in leading to the discovery of all of these types of problems and to identifiying the type and degree of corrective action required. Vlll
