Özet
Endüstriyel devrimlerin tamamı yaşanan dönemdeki üretim faaliyetlerini doğrudan etkilemiştir. Nihai dönem olan Dördüncü Endüstri Devrimi teknoloji üzerine kurulmuş olan bir dönemdir. Endüstri 4.0'ın lojistiği doğrudan etkilemesi sonucu ortaya çıkan Lojistik 4.0 kavramı güncel ve teknolojinin etkisiyle gelişim gösteren bir yeniliktir. Lojistik 4.0 lojistik sektöründe yürütülen faaliyetlerin teknoloji etkisiyle ilerlemesini önceliğine alan ve buna yönelik olarak da sektörün gelişimini içeren bir kavramdır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın amacı Lojistik 4.0 etkisiyle sektörel açıdan uygulanan teknolojileri ve sektörün Lojistik 4.0'a bakış açısını derinlemesine incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda nicel araştırma yöntemleri ve nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılarak lojistik sektöründe hizmet veren işletmelerin Lojistik 4.0 yeniliğine olan farkındalık düzeyi ve yaklaşımı incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın örneklemi Akdeniz Bölgesinde faaliyet gösteren lojistik işletmelerinden oluşmakta olup; örneklem sayısı 161 olarak belirlenmiştir. Yürütülmesi tasarlanan nicel analiz için 206 lojistik işletmesi yöneticisi ile anket çalışması yürütülmüştür. Nitel araştırma yöntemleri arasından yapılandırılmış görüşme yöntemi ile 20 katılımcıya ulaşılmıştır. Nicel veri analizi for Windows 25.0 programı; nitel veri analizi MAXQDA 2022 programı ile yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonucunda sektörel açıdan taşınan yük türüne göre Lojistik 4.0 algısında farklılıkların söz konusu olduğu, Lojistik 4.0 ile güncel teknolojinin, ekonomik üstünlük ve rekabet avantajının sağlanabildiği, sektörün Lojistik 4.0 teknolojileri ile uyumlu çalışma kapsamında yatırımlara yöneldiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

All industrial revolutions directly affected the production activities of the period. The final period, the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is a period built on technology. The concept of Logistics 4.0, which emerged as a result of Industry 4.0 directly affecting logistics, is a current innovation that develops under the influence of technology. Logistics 4.0 is a concept that prioritizes the advancement of activities carried out in the logistics sector with the influence of technology and includes the development of the sector accordingly. In this context, the aim of the research is to deeply examine the technologies applied in the sector with the influence of Logistics 4.0 and the sector's perspective on Logistics 4.0. For this purpose, the awareness level and approach of the companies serving in the logistics sector to the Logistics 4.0 innovation were examined by using quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods. The sample of the study consists of logistics businesses operating in the Mediterranean Region; The number of samples was determined as 161. For the quantitative analysis designed to be conducted, a survey was conducted with 206 logistics business managers. 20 participants were reached through structured interview method, one of the qualitative research methods. Quantitative data analysis for Windows 25.0 program; Qualitative data analysis was conducted with the MAXQDA 2022 program. As a result of the study, it was concluded that there are differences in the perception of Logistics 4.0 depending on the type of cargo carried in sectoral terms, that current technology, economic superiority and competitive advantage can be achieved with Logistics 4.0, and that the sector is turning to investments within the scope of working in harmony with Logistics 4.0 technologies.
