Özet
Bu tez çalışmasının amacı beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rekreasyonel fayda algısı ve etkinlik tecrübe düzeyi puanlarının incelenmesidir. Ayrıca rekreasyonel fayda algısı ve etkinlik tecrübe düzeyi puanlarının farklı demografik değişkenlere göre (cinsiyet, medeni durum, yaş, eğitim durumu, çalışılan ilçe, çalışılan kurumun statüsü, gelir durumu, öğretmenlik yılı deneyimi, faaliyet deneyimi, faaliyet durumu ve son çalışılan kurumda geçirilen süre) incelenmesi bu araştırmanın bir diğer amacıdır. Araştırmaya Mersin ili merkez ilçelerinde Milli eğitime bağlı okullarda çalışan toplam 275 beden eğitimi öğretmeni gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel bilgi formu,“Rekreasyonel Fayda Ölçeği”ve“Rekreasyonel Etkinlik Tecrübe Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Verilerin istatistiksel analizi SPSS 26 Paket programı kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Katılımcılara ait tanımlayıcı bilgiler yüzde ve frekans olarak verilmiştir. Verilerin, çarpıklık ve basıklık düzeylerine bakılarak normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edildiğinden ölçek ve alt boyutlar için parametrik testlerden iki değişken için T-Testi, ikiden fazla değişken için Anova ve Post Hoc testlerden ise Tukey kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgularda beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rekreasyonel fayda algıları ve etkinlik tecrübe düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca rekreasyonel fayda ölçeği ve rekreasyonel etkinlik tecrübe ölçeğinde cinsiyet, medeni durumu, eğitim durumu, hangi ilçede mesleğinizi devam etme durumu, çalıştığı kurum, öğretmenlik yılı deneyimi, gelir durumu ve faaliyet durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılıklar elde edilmiştir (p<0,05). Diğer değişkenlerde ise beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rekreasyonel fayda algıları ve rekreasyonel etkinlik tecrübe düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılık olmadığı bulgulanmıştır (p>0,05). Sonuç olarak beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin rekreasyonel fayda algıları arttıkça rekreasyonel etkinlik tecrübe düzeylerinin artacağı söylenebilir.

The aim of this thesis is to examine physical education teachers' recreational benefit perception and activity experience level scores. In addition, another aim of this study is to examine the perception of recreational benefits and activity experience level scores according to different demographic variables (gender, marital status, age, educational status, district of employment, status of the institution of employment, income status, years of teaching experience, activity experience, activity status and time spent in the last institution of employment). A total of 275 physical education teachers working in schools affiliated to National Education in the central districts of Mersin province participated in the study voluntarily. Personal information form developed by the researcher,“Recreational Benefit Scale”and“Recreational Activity Experience Scale”were used as data collection tools. Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 26 Package program. Descriptive information about the participants is given as percentages and frequencies. Since it was determined that the data showed normal distribution by looking at the skewness and kurtosis levels, T-Test for two variables from parametric tests, Anova for more than two variables and Tukey from Post Hoc tests were used for the scale and sub-dimensions. In the findings obtained, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between physical education teachers' perceptions of recreational benefits and activity experience levels. In addition, significant differences were obtained in the recreational benefit scale and recreational activity experience scale according to gender, marital status, educational status, the district in which you continue your profession, the institution where you work, years of teaching experience, income status and activity status variables (p<0.05). In other variables, it was found that there was no significant difference in physical education teachers' recreational benefit perceptions and recreational activity experience levels (p>0.05). As a result, it can be said that as physical education teachers' perceptions of recreational benefits increase, their recreational activity experience levels will increase.
