Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, 10-15 yaş arasında işitsel, görsel ve dokunsal komut yöntemlerinin futbolda görsel reaksiyon zamanlarına etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu amaçla birlikte komut antrenmanlarının arasında hangisinin kısa zaman içerisinde daha etkili olduğunu ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda 10-15 yaş grubu 32 erkek futbolcu çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmaya dahil edilen çocuklar randomize bir şekilde 4 ayrı gruba ayrılmıştır. Komut antrenmanları toplamda 8 haftalık sürede haftada 2 gün olacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bunun dışında futbolcular haftalık kendi futbol antrenmanlarına devam etmişlerdir. Kontrol grubu sadece ön test-son test ölçümlerine katılmış olup sadece kendi futbol antrenmanlarına katılmışlardır. 8 haftalık antrenman programının bir gün öncesinde ön test verileri için futbolcuların görsel reaksiyon zamanları test edilmiştir. 8 haftalık antrenman periyodu tamamlandıktan sonra son test verileri için son antrenman haftasından bir gün sonra tekrar görsel rekasiyon zamanları test edilmiştir. Futbolcuların görsel reaksiyon testleri https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime adresindeki program ile 5 tekrar şeklinde ölçülmüştür ve ortalaması alınmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin normallik sınamasını Shapiro-Wilk testi ile yaptıktan sonra reaksiyon sürelerinin ön-son test verilerin karşılaştırılması için Paired Sample t Testi kullanılmıştır. Grupların ön-son testten aldıkları reaksiyon zamanı ortalama farklarının gruplar arası karşılaştırılması için One Way Anova ve LSD testi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizi sonucunda kontrol grubu hariç diğer gruplarda görsel reaksiyon zamanlarında son test lehine anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Ortalama farklarının gruplar arası karşılaştırılmasında ise görsel, sesli ve dokunsal komut antrenman grubu ve kontrol grubu anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Çalışmanın sonucu olarak farklı komut yöntemleri ile gerçekleştirilen reaksiyon antrenmanlarının futbolcularda görsel reaksiyon zamanlarına olumlu etkilerinin olabileceği söylenebilir.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of audio, visual and tactile command methods on the visual movement times of the most movements in football in boys between the ages of 10-15 who are involved in the branch of football. This reveals which of the intended command workouts is more effective in a short time. For this purpose, 32 male football players in the 10-15 age group who were trained in football schools were included. The football players included in the study are randomly divided into 4 separate groups. The matches were held 2 days a week for a total of 8 weeks. Apart from this, the football players continued their weekly football training. The control group only participated in the pre-test and post-test measurements, and apart from that, they did not participate in the command training and only participated in their own football training. One day before the 8-week training program, the visual reaction times of the football players were tested for pre-test data. After the 8-week training period was completed, visual reaction times were tested again one day after the last training week for post-test data. Visual reaction tests of football players were measured in 5 repetitions with the program at https://humanbenchmark.com/tests/reactiontime and the average was taken. After testing the normality of the obtained data with the Shapiro-Wilk test, the Paired Sample t Test was used to compare the pre-post test data of reaction times. One Way Anova and LSD test were used to compare the mean differences in reaction time of the groups from the pre-post test. As a result of the statistical analysis of the data obtained, a significant difference in visual reaction times in favor of the post-test was detected in all groups except the control group (p <0.05). In the comparison of the mean differences between the groups, a significant difference was detected between the audio and tactile command training group, the control group and the visual command group in favor of the visual command training group (p<0.05). As a result of the study, it can be said that reaction training performed with different command methods may have positive effects on visual reaction times in football players.
