Özet

Daha sonra Bu araştırmada, sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaratıcı drama yöntemini kullanmaya yönelik öz yeterlikleri ile yaratıcı dramaya ilişkin tutumlarınının bazı değişkenler açısından incelenip öz yeterlikleri ve tutumları arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmış olup araştırmanın örneklemi uygun örneklem yoluyla tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırma 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı bahar yarıyılında Artvin Merkez ilçe ve diğer ilçelerdeki Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı ilkokullarda görev yapan 54'ü kadın, 51'i erkek olmak üzere 105 gönüllü sınıf öğretmeninin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu,“Yaratıcı Drama Dersine Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği”ve“Yaratıcı Drama Yöntemini Kullanmaya Yönelik Öz Yeterlik Algısı Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır. Veri toplama araçları ile elde edilen veriler SPSS 29,0 istatistik paket programı kullanılarak istatiksel veri analizleri yapılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaratıcı drama yöntemini kullanmaya ilişkin öz yeterlikleri ile yaratıcı drama yöntemine ilişkin tutumlarının ne düzeyde olduğunu gösteren betimsel analiz sonuçları incelendiğinde; sınıf öğretmenlerin yaratıcı drama yöntemini kullanmaya yönelik öz yeterlikleri yüksekken, yaratıcı drama yöntemine ilişkin tutumlarının orta düzeyde olduğu bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin yaratıcı drama yöntemini kullanmaya yönelik öz yeterlikleri ile yaratıcı dramaya ilişkin tutumları arasında ise istatistiksel olarak zayıf ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.

In this research, classroom teachers' self-efficacy towards using the creative drama method and their attitudes towards creative drama were examined in terms of some variables and it was tried to determine whether there was a reationship between their self-efficacy and attitudes. Relational screening model was used in the research and the sample of the research was determined through appropriate sampling. This research was carried out in the spring semestre of the 2022-2023 academic year with the participation of 105 volunteer classroom teachers, 54 female and 51 male, working in primary schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in province and districts. Personal information form,“Attitude Scala Towards Creative Drama Lesson”and“Self –Efficacy Perception Scala for Using Creative Drama Method”were used as data collection tools in the research. After the data collection processwas completed, the reliability analyzes of the scales were made and values such as frequency, percentage, standart deviation and arithmetic mean were examined in the analysis of the research. When the descriptive analysis results showing the level of classroom techers' self-efficacy in using the creative drama method and their attitudes towards the creative drama method are examined; It was found that while classroom teachers' self-efficacy towards using the creative drama method was high, their attitudes towards the creative drama method were at a medium level.
