Özet
Otoportre tüm sanat disiplinlerinde sanatçının kendi yüzü ve bedeni ile bir eser ortaya koymasıdır. Bu çalışmada tüm sanat disiplinlerindeki otoportrelerin ilk örnekleri ele alınmıştır. Otoportre kavramının resim, heykel ve fotoğraf disiplinleri üzerinden incelemesi yapılmıştır. Otoportre kavramı, antropoloji bilimi adı altında, incelenmiştir. Yüz ve beden olarak belirlenen antropolojik yüzeyler, otoportrenin öznesi olarak ele alınmıştır. Otoportrenin üretim sürecinde kullanılan poz, giyim, dekor ve mekânın fotoğrafa etkileri araştırılmış ve otoportreyi oluşturan bileşenler olarak belirlenmiştir. Fotoğrafın oluşturulma sürecindeki önemli noktalar ve nesnelerin janrlara biçimsel olarak etkileri gözlemlenmiştir. Otoportre fotoğraf performatik bağlamda ele alınarak rol kavramı ile benzerlik gösterdiği noktalar incelenmiştir. Otoportre sanatçısının oyuncu ile benzerliği araştırılmış, tiyatro terimleri olan rol ve karakter kavramları ile ilişkisi ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Tarihin ilk otoportre fotoğraf örnekleri tespit edilmiş ve sanatçıların otoportre üretimindeki amaç ve motivasyonları sorgulanmıştır. Otoportrenin tarihsel süreci, avangard ve deneysel otoportre adı altında ele alınmıştır. Tarihsel süreç araştırmaları, Sovyet, Weimar ve Paris adı altında kategorize edilmiştir. Ülkelerin siyasi konjonktürünün avangarda ve sanatçılara etkileri incelenmiştir. Siyasi konjonktürün sanatçı, sanat ve toplum üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmış ve avangard sürecin biçimsel ve psikolojik ilerlemesine katkıları ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Çağdaş fotoğraf sanatında otoportrenin yeri, önemi ve geçirdiği değişimler incelenmiştir. Otoportre kendi içinde janrlara ayrılmış ve bu janrlar ayrı başlıklar altında ele alınmıştır. Her bir janrın sanatçı örnekleri tespit edilmiş ve eserleri belirlenip örneklendirilmiştir.

Self-portrait is the creation of a work with the artist's own face and body in all art disciplines. In this study, the first examples of self-portraits in all art disciplines are discussed. The concept of self-portrait has been analyzed through the disciplines of painting, sculpture and photography. The concept of self-portrait has been analyzed under the science of anthropology. Anthropological surfaces determined as the face and body are taken as the subject of the self-portrait. The effects of the pose, clothing, décor and space used in the production process of the self-portrait on the photograph were investigated and determined as the components that make up the self-portrait. The important points in the creation process of the self-portrait and the formal effects of the objects on the genres were observed. Self-portrait photography was examined in a performative context and the points of similarity with the concept of role were analyzed. The similarity of the self-portrait artist with the actor was investigated, and its relationship with the theater terms of role and character was revealed. The first examples of self-portrait photography in history were identified and the artists' aims and motivations in self-portrait production were questioned. The historical process of self-portrait is discussed under the name of avant-garde and experimental self-portrait. Historical process research is categorized under the names of Soviet, Weimar and Paris. The effects of the political conjuncture of the countries on the avant-garde and artists were examined. The effects of the political conjuncture on artists, art and society have been investigated and their contributions to the formal and psychological progress of the avant-garde process have been revealed. The place, importance and changes of self-portrait in contemporary photography were examined. Self-portrait is divided into genres and these genres are discussed under separate headings. Artist examples of each genre have been identified and their works have been identified and exemplified.
