Özet
Bu çalışmada; benzil, diamonoguandin, izotiyosiyanat türevleri ve DMAD kullanılarak üç aşamada gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada hem triazin hem de tiazolidin-4-on halkası içeren yeni bileşiklerin sentezlenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk aşamada benzil ve diaminoguanidinin reaksiyonu yapılıp 1,2,4 triazin halkası elde edilmiştir. İkinci aşamada elde edilen bileşiğin izotiyosiyanat türevleri ile reaksiyonu yapılarak karbotiyoamit türevleri elde edilmiştir. Son aşamada elde edilen karbotiyoamit türevlerinin DMAD ile reaksiyonları yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda yeni 8 adet metil-2-(-2-((5,6-difenil-1,2,4-triazin-3(2H)-iliden)hidrazon)-4-okso-3-feniltiyazolidin-5-iliden)asetat türevleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapısı 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR ve X-Işını yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır. Literatürde olmayan yeni sentezlenen bu bileşiklerin hem triazin halkası hem de tiazolidin-4-on halkası içermesi molekülde bulunan halkaların tek başlarına yüksek biyolojik reaktivite göstermelerinden dolayı sentezini gerçekleştirdiğimiz bu bileşiklerin canlılar için tedavi edici ve koruyucu kimyasal olarak kullanılabileceği düşünmekteyiz.

In this study; In this study, which was carried out in three stages using benzyl, diamonoguandine, isothiocyanate derivatives and DMAD, new compounds containing both triazine and thiazolidin-4-one rings were synthesized. In the first step, the reaction of benzyl and diaminoguanidine was carried out and a 1,2,4 triazine ring was obtained. Carbotioamide derivatives were obtained by reacting the compound obtained in the second stage with isothiocyanate derivatives. In the last stage, the resulting carbotioamide derivatives were reacted with DMAD. As a result of this study, 8 new methyl-2-(-2-((5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3(2H)-ylidene)hydrazono)-4-oxo-3-phenylthiazolidin-5-ylidene)acetate derivatives were synthesized. The structure of the synthesized compounds was elucidated using 1H NMR, 13C NMR, FT-IR and X-Ray methods. We think that these newly synthesized compounds, which are not available in the literature, contain both a triazine ring and a thiazolidin-4-one ring, and since the rings in the molecule show high biological reactivity on their own, these compounds we synthesized can be used as therapeutic and protective chemicals for living things.
