Özet
Çalışmamızda, Kur'an ayetlerinin fiilen yaşanan olaylara indirgenme kurallarının nasıl oluştuğunu incelenmekte ve ibadetler, eşler ve toplum gibi çeşitli konularda Kur'an'ı Kerim'den alınan bazı fıkıh hükümlerinin şekillendirme uygulamaları sunulmaktadır. Konunun önemi, ayetlerin gerçekle bağdaştırılma usul ve kuralları tespit edilerek ve ihtiyaç duyulan fıkıh hükümlerinden Kur'an ayetlerinden çıkarılma ilkeleri bilinerek, yeni ortaya çıkan konu ve meselelerde yaşanan gerçekliğin Kur'an'ı Kerim ayetlerine bağlanmasına ve Kur'an'ı Kerim ayetlerinin sapkınların ve heves düşkünlerinin saptırmalarından korunmasına şiddetle ihtiyaç duyulmasında gizlidir. Çalışmamız, giriş, üç farklı konu ve sonuç bölümünden oluşmaktadır; Araştırmacı giriş bölümünde kuralları tanıtmış önemini ele almış ayetlerin fiilen yaşanan olaylara indirgenme kavramını. Ardından birinci bölümde fıkıh bölümlerinden hüküm çıkaranların uygulaması gereken ve Kur'an'ı Kerim'le fiilen yaşanan olayları bağdaştırmaya yönelik kuralları ele almıştır. Sonrasında ikinci bölümde Kur'an ayetlerinden çıkarılan fıkıh hükümlerinin anlaşılmasının şekillendirme ilkeleri, Ardından üçüncü bölümde, fıkıh hükümlerinin doğrulanması amacıyla konuya örnek getirmek adına modern dönemde günümüz alimlerinin çeşitli hükümler verdikleri ibadetler, eşler ve toplum gibi çeşitli konulara ışık tutulmuştur; İndirgeme konusu, kıyas ve temsil yoluyla görüş bildirme kabilinden sayılmaktadır. Eğer bu görüş eleştirilen bir görüş ise yapılan indirgeme de eleştirilir. Eğer iii eleştirilmiyorsa belirli kurallara sahip demektir. İslam hukukunun temel metinleri insanların yaşam ve geleneklerine hakim olmak ve bunları süzmek ve doğrulamak üzere gelmiştir. Bir müçtehidin çevresi ve toplumundaki gelenekleri dikkate alması, metinlerin genelliğini ve değişken çevrelerin geleceklerinin göreceliğini inkar ettiği anlamına gelmemektedir.

This study is based on an extrapolation of the regulations and rules for reveling Qur'anic verses to reality, while presenting applications to correct the understanding of some of the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the Holy Qur'an related to acts of worship, spouses, and society. Its importance lies in the urgent need to link reality to the verses of the Holy Qur'an, to benefit from it in resolving current controversial issues, emerging issues and protecting the verses of the Holy Qur'an from being revealed by people of desires and misguidance, through knowledge of the principles, regulations , and application of the verses to reality, and knowledge of the principles of correcting the understanding of the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the Qur'anic verses, which there is an urgent need to know. It consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, the researcher addressed the definition of the regulations and their importance, the concept of revealing verses to reality, then in the first chapter, the researcher touched on an explanation of the regulations that the one who derives jurisprudential rulings and their relation to reality from the Great Qur'an, then in the second chapter the researcher dealt with: the principles of correcting the understanding of the jurisprudential rulings deduced from the Qur'anic verses. Then in the third chapter, he highlighted some issues related to acts of worship, spouses, and society, in which the ruling differed in the contemporary reality from the inherited words of jurists, as examples that clarify what is required to be corrected in the jurisprudential rulings. The issue of revelation is considered to be a form of expressing an opinion, the method of analogy and representation. If v the opinion is reprehensible, a promise of reprehensible revelation is rejected, and if it is otherwise, it is accepted under certain regulations. There are types of revelation of verses on reality, there is an explicit revelation, and another is not explicit, and in each of them the revelation may be correct or it may be wrong, and it may come as a complete, partial, or reverse revelation.
