Özet
Küreselleşen pazar koşullarında yaşanan değişimlerinin de etkisiyle birlikte işletmelerin, özellikle de küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelerin (KOBİ'lerin) tedarik zinciri finansmanına olan ihtiyacı giderek artmaktadır. Bu ihtiyaç, tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve finansal yönetim arasındaki derin ilişkinin anlaşılması ve etkili stratejilerin geliştirilmesi bağlamında birçok boyuttan kritiktir. Bu boyutlar çerçevesinde; KOBİ'ler için tedarik zinciri yönetimi, maliyetleri azaltma, verimliliği artırma ve müşteri memnuniyetini sağlama açısından; finansal yönetim ise işletmenin finansal kaynaklarını etkin bir şekilde yöneterek likiditeyi sağlama, yatırım yapma ve riskleri yönetme bağlamında önem arz etmektedir. Finansal yönetim bağlamında kullanılabilecek birçok finansman aracı olsa da, işletmelerin tedarik zinciri süreçlerini finanse etme ihtiyacını karşılayan, işletmelerin stok maliyetlerini azaltmalarına ve nakit akışlarını iyileştirmelerine olanak tanıyan tedarik zinciri finansmanı bu araştırmanın odak noktasıdır. Bu noktadan hareketle oluşturulan çalışmanın amacı, özellikle ülke ekonomilerinde önemli bir paya sahip olan KOBİ'ler için tedarik zinciri finansmanı bağlamında oluşturulacak bir yapının modellenmesidir. Bu modelde 2 temel unsura odaklanılmaktadır. Bunlardan ilki, tedarik zinciri özelinde izlenebilirlik ve güvenlik için kullanılacak blok zincir altyapısı; diğeri ise çevresel sürdürülebilirlik boyutudur. Tez çalışması kapsamında bir model önerisi sunulmadan önce literatür taraması yapılarak modele ilişkin temel oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca anket çalışması yapılarak, tedarik zinciri finansmanı perspektifinden KOBİ'lerin yabancı kaynak tercihlerinin finansal yönetim kısıtlarının bağlayıcılığı üzerine etkisi araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tüm bu çalışmalar kapsamında elde edilen verilerin analizi, incelenen literatür ve mevcut tedarik zinciri finansman modelleri göz önünde bulundurularak; işletmelerin tedarik zinciri finansal akışını sürdürülebilirlik ilkeleriyle uyumlu, etkin, şeffaf ve güvenli bir şekilde yönetmeleri için dijital bir altyapı önerisi sunulmuştur.

In consequence of the transformations brought about by globalised market conditions, the necessity for supply chain financing among businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), is increasing at a steady rate. It is of the utmost importance to comprehend the intricate interconnection between supply chain management and financial management in order to devise efficacious strategies. In this context, the effective management of supply chains for SMEs is crucial for reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Financial management, meanwhile, is significant for effectively managing the company's financial resources, with the aim of ensuring liquidity, making investments, and managing risks. While numerous financial instruments may be employed in the field of financial management, this research concentrates on the area of supply chain financing. This particular area of study addresses the necessity to finance supply chain processes, reduce inventory costs, and improve cash flow. The objective of this study is to develop a model for supply chain financing, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which play a pivotal role in national economies. This model is centred on two core elements: firstly, the utilisation of blockchain infrastructure for the purposes of enhancing traceability and security within supply chains; secondly, the aspect of environmental sustainability. Prior to proposing a model in this thesis, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to establish a robust foundation for the model. Furthermore, a survey was conducted to ascertain the influence of SMEs' foreign capital preferences on the binding nature of financial management constraints from a supply chain financing perspective. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the reviewed literature, and existing supply chain financing models, a digital infrastructure proposal was presented. This proposal aims to manage the financial flow in supply chains in an effective, transparent, and secure manner, in alignment with sustainability principles. As an outcome of the research endeavor, in addition to a comprehensive literature review preceding the proposal of a model, a survey encompassing 142 participants was conducted within the ambit of extant literature and research endeavors. The inquiry sought to elucidate whether the preferences of SMEs regarding foreign resource allocation exert an impact on the constraints binding financial management, viewed through the lens of supply chain finance. In this vein, drawing upon both the analysis of the collated data, reviewed literature, extant models of supply chain financing, and resultant findings, a proposal for a digital infrastructure has been posited. This proposition aims to foster effective, transparent, and secure delineation, management, and oversight of financial resource flows amongst businesses ensconced within the precincts of the supply chain. Aligned with sustainability imperatives, this proposal aspires to engender a harmonious convergence between financial prudence and ecological integrity, thereby endeavoring to forge a common valorous ethos.
