Özet
Başlık: Erkeğe ve Kadına Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçekleri'nin Geliştirilmesi Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, toplumdaki 18-65 yaş arası bireylerin kadına ve erkeğe yönelik namus algısını belirleyen geçerli ve güvenilir ölçme araçlarını geliştirmektir. Yöntem: Literatür taramaları ve araştırmacıların deneyimleri ile oluşturulan 142 madde havuzu etik kurulun önerisi, uzman görüşleri ile 60 madde havuzuna indirgenmiş, iç tutarlılığı incelenmiş ve 12 uzman görüşü alınarak 45'e düşürülmüştür. İlk pilot uygulama 91 katılımcıyla, ikinci pilot uygulama ise kapsam geçerliliği sonrası kalan 33 algı ifadesiyle 54 katılımcıyla yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucu kalan 29 algı ifadesiyle veri toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye'nin 7 bölgesinin her birinden rastgele belirlenen bir ilden basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 673 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Veriler Aralık 2023-Ocak 2024 tarihleri arasında“Genel Bilgi Formu”, ''Bilgilendirilmiş Gönüllü Olur Formu'' ve“Namus Algısı Ölçeği (NAÖ)”kullanılarak online olarak toplanmıştır. Veriler tanımlayıcı istatistiksel metotları ve SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 25.0 ve AMOS 21 programında analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Erkeğe ve kadına yönelik namus algısı ifade ve alt boyutlarının faktör analizi ve cronbach alfa puanlamalarında farklılaşmalar görülmüştür. Bu nedenle ''Namus Algısı Ölçeği'', ''Kadına Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçeği'' ve ''Erkeğe Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçeği'' olarak ayrılmıştır. Yapı geçerliliğini ölçmek için açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılarak ölçeklerin iki alt boyutlu yapıya sahip olduğu belirlenerek doğrulanmıştır. Kadına Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçeği'nin cronbach alfa güvenilirlik katsayısı α=0,934, Erkeğe Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçeği'nin cronbach alfa güvenilirlik katsayısı α=0,849 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Sonuç: Geliştirilen ''Erkeğe ve Kadına Yönelik Namus Algısı Ölçekleri' geçerli ve güvenilirdir.

Title: Development of Honor Perception Scales for Men and Women Aim: This study aimed to develop valid and reliable measurement tools that determine the honor perception of individuals aged 18-65 towards women and men in society. Method: An item pool containing 142 items was created as a result of the literature review and the experiences of the researchers. After the recommendation of the ethics committee and expert opinions, the number of items in the item pool was reduced to 60. Finally, the internal consistency was examined and the number of items was reduced to 45 after receiving 12 expert opinions. The first pilot study was conducted with 91 participants. The second pilot study, with the remaining 33 perception statements after the content validity, was conducted with 54 participants. Data were collected with the remaining 29 perception statements as a result of the analysis. The universe of the study consisted of 673 participants selected by a simple random sampling method from a randomly determined province from each of the seven regions of Turkey. The data were collected online between December 2023 and January 2024 using the“General Information Form”,“Informed Consent Form”and“Honor Perception Scale (HPS)”.Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) 25.0 and AMOS 21 software. Findings: Differences were observed in the factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha scores of the expression and sub-dimensions of honor perception for men and women. Therefore, the“Honor Perception Scale”was divided into“Honor Perception Scale for Women”and“Honor Perception Scale for Men”.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that the scales had two sub-dimensional structures. The Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the Honor Perception Scale for Women was calculated as α=0.934, and the Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of the Honor Perception Scale for Men was calculated as α=0.849. Conclusion: The developed“Honor Perception Scales for Men and Women”are valid and reliable.
