Özet
ÖZET“Serbest Bölgeler : Ege Serbest Bölge Uygulaması”başlıklı tezimde önce serbest bölgelerin tanımı ve çeşitleri açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. I Bölümde Serbest Bölgelerin genel gelişimi ile beraber Dünya'daki serbest bölgelerin uygulamalarına açıklık getirilmiştir. Ayrıca, Bölümün sonunda Serbest Bölgelerin ülke ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri incelenerek, ekonomiye sağlayabileceği olumlu ve olumsuz yönde etkileri ele alınmıştır. Tezin II. Bölümünde, Türkiye'deki Serbest Bölgelerin Tarihsel süreç içinde gelişimi incelenmiş ve daha sonra serbest bölgelerde uygulanan Gümrük Mevzuatı ile bugünkü uygulama esaslarına açıklık getirilmiştir. Serbest Bölgelerde uygulanan teşvik ve avantajlar ise bölümün sonlarında yer almaktadır. Tezin son bölümü olan III. Bölümde Türkiye'de faaliyette bulunan Serbest Bölgeler, yıllık ticaret hacimleri, faaliyet konuları ve gelişme düzeyleri açısından incelenmiş ve bunun sonucunda serbest bölgelerin genel ekonomik değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bölümün sonunda ise Ege Serbest Bölgesi ile diğer Serbest Bölgelerin Dış Ticaretine yönelik bir ekonometrik çalışma gerçekleştirilmiştir.“Sonuç ve Değerlendirme”bölümünde, serbest bölgelerle ilgili elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda serbest bölgelerin dünya ekonomisindeki yeri ve önemi incelenerek geleceğe yönelik beklentileri vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT In this work which is titled“Free Zones : Egean Free Zone Application”, in the first place, kinds and descriptions of free zones will be explaned. In the first chapter, you will find a general review of the developments and applications of free zones throughout the world and its pro and con effects on the economy. In the second chapter, the historical development of free trade zones in Türkiye and Custom Regulations which are applied today and in the past will be explained. Encouragements and advantages which are applied in free zones are also appended at the end of this section. In the last chapter of this thesis, the domestic free zones and their annual trade capacities, occupations and the level of progress will be examined and, in the view of this point, they will be appreciated economically. At the end of this section an econometric study will be realized about the foreign trade of the Egean Free Zone and the others. In the part of conclusion, according to the results of this work on the free trade zones, the place and importance of free zones in the world economy and an estimation for future will be mentioned.
