Özet
Entegre rapor; kuruluşların kısa, orta ve uzun vadede değer yaratma sürecine odaklanmakta, kuruluşun faaliyette bulunduğu sektördeki risk ve fırsatları değerlendirirken, stratejisini genel bir perspektiften yansıtılmasını sağlayan bütünleşik bir raporlama sunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda tez çalışması, dört bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde genel perspektifte kurumsal yönetim ve kurumsal raporlama konusu ele alınmış, kurumsal yönetimin gerekliliği ile ortaya çıkmış olan kurumsal raporlama çeşitlerine değinilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, entegre raporlama (ER), Uluslararası ER çerçevesi sermaye öğeleri, kılavuz ilkeler, içerik öğeleri ve genel raporlama ilkeleriyle incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Türkiye'de entegre rapor yayınlayan seçmiş olduğumuz 10 özel sektöre (bankacılık, çimento, kimya, telekomünikasyon, hızlı tüketim ürünleri, perakende, teknoloji/bilişim, petrol, otomotiv ve sigorta) ait entegre faaliyet raporu (EFR) değer odaklı iş modelleri içerik analizi yardımıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Seçilmiş EFR iş modellerinin Uluslararası ER Çerçevesine uygun olarak hazırlandığı tespit edilmiştir. Dördüncü ve son bölümde ise, Türkiye'de özel sektör alanında entegre rapor yayınlayan Grup Şirketi olan teknoloji ve enerji sektöründe faaliyet gösteren üç şirketin yayımlamış oldukları EFR değer odaklı iş modeli şemaları Uluslararası ER Çerçevesinde irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca uygulamaya konu şirketlerde ER sürecinde şirketin; müdür, müdür yardımcısı, uzman pozisyonunda görev alan gönüllü 18 katılımcı ile tarafımızca hazırlanan mülakat soruları doğrultusunda yapılan görüşme sonucunda elde edilen değer odaklı hazırlanan EFR iş modelinin değerlendirilmesi üzerine bulgular değerlendirilmiş, SWOT analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak iş modelinin güçlü ve zayıf yönler ile fırsat ve tehditleri hakkında görüşleri değerlendirildiğinde EFR' nin zayıf yönlerinden ziyade güçlü yönlerini, tehditten çok fırsatların şirketin genel durumunu, gelecekte hangi yönde gelişeceğini ve gelişme yolculuğunda neleri başarabilme potansiyelinin olduğu analiz edilmiştir.

The integrated report focuses on the value creation process of organizations in the short, medium and long term and provides an integrated reporting that enables the organization to reflect its strategy from an overall perspective while assessing the risks and opportunities in the sector in which it operates. In this context, the thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter, corporate governance and corporate reporting are discussed in general perspective and the types of corporate reporting that have emerged with the necessity of corporate governance are mentioned. In the second part, integrated reporting (IR) is analyzed through the International Framework for IR with its capital elements, guiding principles, content elements and general reporting principles. In the third section, the value-oriented business models in the integrated annual reports (IFRS) of 10 selected private sectors (banking, cement, chemicals, telecommunications, fast-moving consumer goods, retail, technology/IT, petroleum, automotive and insurance) that publish integrated reports in Turkey are evaluated through content analysis. Selected integrated annual report business models were found to be prepared in accordance with the International IR Framework. In the fourth and final section, the integrated annual report value oriented business model schemes published by three companies operating in the technology and energy sectors, which are Group Companies publishing integrated reports in the private sector in Turkey, are analyzed within the International IR Framework. In addition, the findings on the evaluation of the value-oriented integrated annual report business model prepared in line with the interview questions prepared by us as a result of the interview conducted with 18 volunteer participants working in the position of manager, assistant manager, expert in the IR process in the companies subject to the application were evaluated and a SWOT analysis was carried out. As a result, when their views on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the business model were evaluated, it was analyzed that Integrated Annual Report strengths rather than weaknesses, opportunities rather than threats, the general situation of the company, the direction in which it will develop in the future and what it has the potential to achieve in its development journey.
