Özet
Bu tezde, ilâhî sıfatların taalluklarının ilk dönem Mâtürîdî metinlerinde ne şekilde yer bulduğu araştırma konusu edilmiştir. Çalışmamızda kelâm ilminin temelini oluşturan konulardan biri olan“ilâhî sıfatlar meselesi”, âlem ile ilişkisi bağlamında ele alınmıştır. Kelâma ilişkin eserlerde, Allah'ın zâtı gibi ezelî olan bu sıfatların, sonradan varlık kazanan (hâdis) nesneler ile ilişkisi“taalluk”kavramı ile izah edilmektedir. Sıfatların taalluk alanları ve çeşitleri, detaylı olarak müteâhhir dönem metinlerinde işlenerek tartışma konusu edilmiş olsa da ortaya konulan görüşlerde ilk dönem âlimlerine yönelik atıflar dikkat çekmektedir. Çalışmada, İmâm Mâtürîdî'nin Kitâbü't-Tevhîd'i, Ebü'l-Yüsr el-Pezdevî'nin Usûlü'd-dîn'i ve Ebü'l-Muîn en-Nesefî'nin Tebsıratü'l-edille adlı eserleri çerçevesinde“taalluk”kavramının metinlerdeki anlamsal konumu analiz edilmiştir. Söz konusu metinlerde, sıfatların ispatı ve hakikati ile ilgili tartışmaların daha geniş şekilde yer bulduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, taalluk kavramına başta Mu'tezile mezhebi olmak üzere diğer mezheplerin sıfatlara ilişkin görüşleri bağlamında değinildiği de tespit edilmiştir. Tezimizde müteahhir dönem metinlerinde yer alan taalluk tartışmalarına yönelik kıyaslamalar da yer almaktadır. Bunun sonucunda özellikle“tekvîn”ve“kudret”sıfatlarına yüklenen“taalluk”kavramının Ehl-i Sünnet içerisinde Eş'arî ve Mâtürîdî âlimler tarafından farklı şekillerde değerlendirildiği ortaya konulmuştur. Taalluk konusundaki tartışmaların yansımaları çerçevesinde Allah'ın kudret, tekvîn ve irâde sıfatlarının taallukları bağlamında Allah-âlem ilişkisi ile ilgili ortaya konulan farklı anlayışlar ele alınmış; irâde ve ilim sıfatları çerçevesinde ise insan kapasitesi, kader ve kötülük problemlerine işaret edilmiştir. Kelâm sıfatının taalluku bağlamında ise, mükellefin ezelî hitap ile ilişkisinin ortaya konulmasına çalışılmıştır.

This thesis investigates how the attributes of the divine attributes appear in the early Māturīdī texts. In our study,“the issue of divine attributes”, which is one of the issues that form the basis of the science of kalām, is discussed in the context of its relationship with the universe. In the works on kalām, the relationship of these attributes, which are eternal like God's essence, with the objects that came into existence later (hâdis) is explained with the concept of“taalluk”. Although the fields of the attributes and their types were discussed in detail in the later texts, references to the early scholars are noteworthy in the opinions put forward. This study analyzes the semantic position of the concept of“interference”within the framework of Imām al-Māturīdī's Kitāb al-Tawḥīd, Abū al-Yusr al-Pazdawī's Usūl al-dīn, and Abū al-Muʾīn al-Nafṣī's Tabṣirat al-adillah. In these texts, it is observed that the discussions on the proof and essence of attributes are more prominent. However, the concept of taalluk was also mentioned in the context of the views of other sects, especially the Mu'tazilites, on attributes. Our thesis also includes comparisons of the discussions on taalluk in the texts of the later period. As a result, it is revealed that the concept of“taalluk”attributed to the attributes of“taqwīn”and“might”is evaluated in different ways by Ashʿarī and Māturīdī scholars within the Ahl al-Sunnah. Within the framework of the reflections of the debates on the subject of attribution, the different understandings of the relationship between God and the universe in the context of the attributes of God's power, taqwīn, and will were discussed, and the problems of human capacity, fate, and evil were pointed out within the framework of the attributes of will and knowledge. In the context of the attribute of kalām, the relationship between the taxpayer and the eternal address is tried to be revealed.
