Özet
Osmanlı Devleti'nin savaşlarda başarılı olmasında organizasyonun doğru bir şekilde yürütülmesinin ve lojistik desteğe önem verilmesinin payı büyüktür. Bu tezde 1743-1746 Osmanlı-İran savaşının iâşe, ikmâl ve lojistik hususları ele alınmıştır. Osmanlı Devleti doğunun mevsim şartları ve zorlu arazi yapısına rağmen bu savaşta ordunun lojistik ikmâlini sağlamıştır. Ordu için gerekli olan iâşe ve mühimmatın sefer mahalline ulaştırılmasında karayolunun yanı sıra deniz ve nehirlerden de yararlanılmıştır. Özellikle beygir, deve, katır, camus ve öküzler ile arabalar etkin olarak kullanılmıştır. İncelenen seferde orduya iâşe ve mühimmatın ulaştırılması hususu önceki seferlerden pek farklı değildi. Ancak diğer seferlerden ayrı olarak bu sefer 3 yıldan fazla devam ettiği için kışlaklara zahire stoklanmıştı. Sefer için asker sevki ile zahire ve mühimmat nakli sefer mahalline yakın olan yerlerin yanı sıra İstanbul ve Rumeli'den de deniz yolu ile Karadeniz ve Akdeniz limanlarına yapılmıştır. Mühimmatın önemli bir kısmı İstanbul'dan gönderilmiştir. Seferde kapıkullarının yanı sıra, leventler ve serdengeçtiler ile Tatar askerleri ordudaki mühim unsurlar idi. Seferin finansmanının sağlanmasında Hazine-i Amire'nin yanı sıra ordu hazinesi de önemli bir yere sahipti.

The importance of the correct progress of aid and logistical advances in the success of the Ottoman Empire in its wars. In this thesis, subsistence, supply and logistics issues of the 1743-1746 Ottoman-Iranian war are discussed. Despite the seasonal conditions and difficult terrain in the east, the Ottoman Empire provided the logistical supply of the army in this war. In addition to highways, seas and rivers were also used to transport the supplies and ammunition required for the army to the campaign site. Especially horses, camels, mules, camus, oxen and carts were used effectively. The delivery of food and ammunition to the army in the expedition under review was not much different from previous expeditions. However, unlike the other expeditions, since this expedition lasted more than 3 years, grain was stocked in the winter quarters. The dispatch of soldiers for the expedition and the transportation of grain and ammunition were made to the Black Sea and Mediterranean ports by sea from Istanbul and Rumelia, as well as from places close to the expedition site. A significant part of the ammunition was sent from Istanbul. During the campaign, in addition to the kapikuls, levents, serdengeçti and Tatar soldiers were important elements in the army. In addition to the Imperial Treasury, the army treasury also had an important place in financing the expedition.
