Özet
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Laban'ın hareket teorisini kapsayan bir ölçme aracı geliştirmek ve Laban'ın hareket teorisinin 6 yaş grubu çocuklarda temel hareket farkındalıklarına ve motor gelişime etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma iki aşamada gerçekleştirilmiştir. Birinci aşamada Laban'ın hareket teorisini kapsayan ölçme aracı geliştirilmiş ikinci aşamada Laban'ın hareket teorisi kapsamıyla oluşturulmuş olan hareket eğitimi programının 6 yaş grubu çocuklarda temel hareket farkındalıklarına ve motor gelişime etkisini incelenmiştir. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma yöntemi olarak ön-test ve son-testli yarı deneysel model kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubuna kontrol grubunda Tunceli ilinde Atatürk Anaokulunda 32 öğrenci, deney grubunda ise yine Tunceli ilinde Anafatma anaokulunda okuyan 32 öğrenci dahil edilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak“Laban Hareket Farkındalıkları Gözlem Formu”ve "Kaba Motor Beceri Testi TGMD-III'' kullanılmıştır. Veri Çözümleme tekniği olarak ön-test ve son-test puanları karşılaştırmak için bağımlı gruplar T-Testi, bağımsız gruplar T-Testi ve deney grubunun TGMD-III ile temel hareket farkındalığı gözlem formu son testleri arasındaki incelemek için Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Deney ve kontrol grubunun TGMD-III son test sonucu karşılaştırmasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık olduğu görülmektedir (p<0.001). Deney ve kontrol grubunun temel hareket farkındalığı gözlem formu son test sonuçlarının karşılaştırmasında anlamlı düzeyde farklılık görülmektedir (p<0.001). Deney grubuna uygulanan temel hareket farkındalığı gözlem formu ve TGMD-III son test sonuçları, lokomotor beceri (p<0.01) ile nesne kontrol becerilerde (p<0.01) pozitif yönlü bir korelasyon göstermiştir. Sonuç: Sonuç olarak, geliştirilen ölçme aracının 6 (altı) yaş grubu çocukların hareket farkındalıklarını ölçen, geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğu tespit edilmiş olup, 26 haftalık etkinlik sonucunda bu yaş grubundaki çocukların temel hareket farkındalıkları ve motor gelişimlerinde önemli ilerlemeler kaydedilmiştir.

Aim: The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool covering Laban's movement theory and to examine the effect of Laban's movement theory on basic movement awareness and motor development in 6-year-old children. The research was carried out in two stages; first, a measurement tool covering Laban's movement theory was developed and then the effect of the movement education program created within the scope of Laban's movement theory on basic movement awareness and motor development in 6-year-old children was examined. Material and Method: A pre-test and post-test quasi-experimental model was used as the research method. The control group included 32 students from Atatürk Kindergarten in Tunceli province and the experimental group included 32 students from Anafatma Kindergarten in Tunceli province.“Laban Movement Awareness Observation Form”and“Gross Motor Skills Test TGMD-III”were used as data collection tools. As a data analysis technique, dependent groups T-Test was used to compare pre-test and post-test scores, independent groups T-Test was used, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the post-tests between the TGMD-III and basic movement awareness observation form of the experimental group. Results: There is a significant difference in the object control scale score in the TGMD-III pre-test-post-test comparison of the control group (p<0.05). There is a significant difference in the TGMD-III post-test results comparison of the experimental and control groups (p<0.001). There is a significant difference in the comparison of the basic movement awareness observation form post-test results of the experimental and control groups (p<0.001). The basic movement awareness observation form and TGMD-III post-test results applied to the experimental group showed a positive correlation in locomotor skills and object control skills (p<0.01). Conclusıon: As a result, it was determined that the developed measurement tool was a valid and reliable measurement tool that measures the movement awareness of 6-year-old children, and as a result of the 26-week activity, significant progress was made in the basic movement awareness and motor development of children in this age group.
