Özet
İnovasyon, yeni fikirler, ürünler ve yöntemler geliştirerek geleneksel yöntemlerin ötesine geçmeyi amaçlamaktadır. İnovatif düşünme, sorunlara farklı ve yenilikçi bakış açılarıyla yaklaşmak ve çözüm bulmak anlamına gelir. İnovatif düşünme, yaratıcılığa ve özgünlüğe odaklanarak yeni fikirler, çözümler üretme sürecidir. Öğretmenlerin inovatif düşünceleri sayesinde eğitim süreci daha etkili ve ilgi çekici hale getirilebilir. İnovatif düşünme, benzersiz yeni deneyimler sağlayarak, öğretim yöntemleriyle sınıf içinde ve dışında eğitim sürecinde farklı yaklaşımlar geliştirmeyi içerir. Bu çalışma okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin inovatif düşünme eğilimlerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmada nicel araştırma yönteminden biri olan ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında katılımcılar Antalya ilinde çalışmakta olan ve araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 260 okul öncesi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada veriler ''Kişisel Bilgi Formu'' ve "Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerine Yönelik İnovatif Düşünme Eğilimi Ölçeği'' kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler elektronik ortamda değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin güvenilirliğini belirlemek amacıyla güvenilirlik analizi yapılmıştır. Analiz sürecinde hangi testlerin kullanıldığını belirlemek için normallik testleri uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın verilerinin normal dağılım gösterdiği saptanmıştır. Normallik testi sonuçlarına göre veriler alt problemlere göre analiz yapılarak analizler sonucunda yaş, cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, eğitim durumu, çalıştığı okul türü ve çalıştığı ilçe değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık görülmezken, yaş grubu ve eğitim alma değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır.

Innovation aims to go beyond traditional methods by developing new ideas, products, and methods. Innovative thinking means approaching problems from different and innovative perspectives and finding solutions. Innovative thinking is the process of generating new ideas and solutions by focusing on creativity and originality. Thanks to the innovative thinking of teachers, the educational process can be made more effective and interesting. Innovative thinking involves developing different approaches to the educational process in and out of the classroom through teaching methods, providing unique new experiences. This study was conducted to determine the innovative thinking tendencies of preschool teachers. In this study, the relational survey model, which is one of the quantitative research methods, was used. Within the scope of the study, the participants consisted of 260 preschool teachers working in Antalya province and voluntarily participating in the research. In the study, the data were collected using the“Personal Information Form”and the“Innovative Thinking Tendency Scale for Preschool Teachers”. The collected data were evaluated electronically. Reliability analysis was performed to determine the reliability of the data. Normality tests were applied to determine which tests were used in the analysis process. It was determined that the data of the study showed normal distribution. According to the results of the normality test, the data were analyzed according to sub-problems, and as a result of the analysis, there was no significant difference in the variables of age, gender, professional seniority, educational status, type of school and the district where they worked, while a significant difference was found in the variables of age group and education.
