Özet
Bu çalışmada Hypericum cinsinin Taeniocarpium Jaub & Spach seksiyonuna ait Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren tür ve tür altı taksonları morfolojik, anatomik, palinolojik ve mikromorfolojik olarak incelenerek seksiyonun taksonomik özelliklerinin açığa çıkartılması amaçlanmıştır. Arazi çalışmaları ile doğal ortamından toplanan türler kayıt altına alınarak herbaryum materyali haline getirilmiş, çeşitli herbaryumlarda muhafaza edilmekte olan türler ile incelenerek morfolojik analizleri yapılmış ve bulgular ortaya konulmuştur. Doğadan toplanan taksonlardan anatomik incelemeler yapmak üzere numuneler alınmıştır. Anatomik incelemeler kapsamında türlerin yaprak, gövde ve köklerinden alınan kesitler incelenmiştir. Bu incelemeler neticesinde cinse özgü olan salgı kanalları organlara ait çeşitli dokularda tespit edilerek seksiyonu tanımlamada özgün karakterler olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. Bu incelemeler sonucu yine birçok karakter özelliği bütüncül olarak bir arada verilmiş ve seksiyonu tanımlamak üzere ortaya konulmuştur. Taeniocarpium seksiyonuna ait birçok türün palinolojik, mikromorfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri bu çalışmayla ilk defa literatüre geçmiştir. Tohum ve yaprak yüzey mikromorfolojileri SEM (taramalı elektron mikroskobu) kullanılarak görüntülenmiş olup, seksiyonu ve türleri tanımlamada kullanılabilecek karakterler açığa çıkartılmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen tüm bu analizlerle ortaya çıkan veriler daha önce türleri tanımlamak için yapılmış morfolojik analizlerle ve literatürde Hypericum cinsine ait diğer türler ile ilgili yapılmış olan literatür çalışmaları ile kıyaslanarak elde edilen bulgular ortaya konulmuştur.

This study aims to reveal the taxonomic characteristics of the section Taeniocarpium Jaub & Spach of the genus Hypericum by examining the species and infraspecific taxa distributed in Turkey in terms of their morphological, anatomical, palynological, and micromorphological features. The species collected from their natural habitats through field studies were documented and turned into herbarium materials. These species were examined together with those preserved in various herbaria, their morphological analyses were conducted, and the findings were presented. Samples were taken from the taxa collected from nature for anatomical examinations. Within the scope of anatomical studies, sections taken from the leaves, stems, and roots of the species were examined. As a result of these studies, it was concluded that the secretory channels specific to the genus were detected in various tissues of the organs and that there could be specific characters in defining the section. As a result of these studies, many character traits were given together as a whole and presented to define the section. The palynological, micromorphological, and anatomical characteristics of many species belonging to the section Taeniocarpium have been introduced to the literature for the first time with this study. Seed and leaf surface micromorphologies were imaged using SEM (scanning electron microscopy), revealing characters that could be used to define the section and species. The data obtained from all these analyses were compared with previous morphological analyses conducted to define the species and literature studies on other species of the genus Hypericum, and the findings were presented.
