Özet

Tokat, Amasya ve Çorum İllerindeki ahşap minarelerin belgelenme ve çözümlenmesine odaklanan bu araştırma, kırsal mimari mirasın gelecek nesillere aktarılmasının önemini vurgulamaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, ahşap minarelerin yapım tekniklerine yönelik literatürde bulunmayan bilginin elde edilmesidir. Bu kapsamda yapıların yer tespitinin akabinde alan çalışması kapsamında belgeleme ve konstrüksiyon özelliklerin tespiti yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında sayısallaştırılarak detaylar oluşturulmuş; elde edilen verilerle farklı konstrüksiyon ve detay sistemlerine sahip yapıların çözümlemeleri elde edilmiştir. Yapıların inşa aşamasında çalışan veya konuya yönelik restorasyon bilgisi olan ustalar bulunarak, kendileri ile bilgi alışverişinde bulunulmuş; bilinmeyen detaylara yönelik sözlü bilgi elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler ile tipoloji çalışmaları tamamlanarak sistem detayları ve envanterler oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma, ahşap malzemenin çevre dostu ve sürdürülebilir özelliklerinin yanı sıra, yerel inşa teknikleri ve kültürel bağlamların, kırsal cami mimarisinin temelini oluşturduğunu belirlemiştir. Ancak ustaların gitgide vefat ve yaşlılık sebepleri ile azaldığı, çıraksızlık sebebi ile bilginin aktarılamadığı, özgün örneklerin azalması sebebi ile restorasyon bağlamında verilerin de azalmakta olduğu; bulunamadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu sebeple tezin öncelikli hedefi olan konstrüksiyon çözümlemesi; restorasyon kapsamında bilgi oluşturma amacını taşımaktadır.

This research, which focuses on the documentation and analysis of wooden minarets in Tokat, Amasya, and Çorum provinces, emphasizes the importance of transferring rural architectural heritage to future generations. The study aims to obtain information not found in the literature on the construction techniques of wooden minarets. In this context, documentation and construction features were determined within the scope of the field study after the location of the structures was determined. The obtained data was digitized in a computer environment, and details were created; with the obtained data, analyses of structures with different construction and detail systems were obtained. Masters who worked during the construction phase of the structures or who had restoration knowledge on the subject were found, and information was exchanged with them; verbal information was obtained on unknown details. Typology studies were completed with the obtained data, and system details and inventories were created. The research determined that in addition to the environmentally friendly and sustainable features of wooden materials, local construction techniques, and cultural contexts form the basis of rural mosque architecture. However, it has been determined that the number of masters is decreasing due to death and old age, that knowledge cannot be transferred due to lack of apprenticeships, and that data in the context of restoration is decreasing due to the decrease in original examples. For this reason, the primary goal of the thesis, construction analysis, is to create information within the scope of restoration.
