Özet
Türk sanat müziği geleneğinde bestecilik, geleneğin kabullerinin oluşturduğu kurallarla çerçevelenen, icrâlarla beslenen, yaratıldığı koşulların etkisi nedeniyle toplumsal, bununla birlikte farklı olanı, ezber bozanı, söylenmemiş olanı tasavvur edebilmek ve bunları bir eserde vücuda getirebilmek isteği nedeniyle öznel motivasyonlarla beslenmektedir. Müzik geleneğinin sürdürülebilirlik noktasında önemli paydaşlarından biri besteciler ve bestecilik edimidir. Bestecilik kültürel kodların yönlendirmesiyle gerçekleşse de, gerek yaratıcı bir süreç olarak dinleyeni şaşırtma, etkileme, heyecanlandırma potansiyeli barındırması sebebiyle, gerekse sosyokültürel dönüşümler nedeniyle değişim ve dönüşüme göz kırpan dinamikleri içermektedir. Bu çalışma besteci Erol Sayan'ın TSM bestecilik geleneğinin sürekliliği ve değişimi çerçevesinde şarkı besteciliğine ilişkin sonuçlar ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Composition in the tradition of Turkish art music is framed by the rules formed by the assumptions of the tradition, fed by performances, nourished by social motivations due to the influence of the conditions under which it was created, but also by subjective motivations due to the desire to be able to envisage the different, the out-of-the-box, the unspoken, and to embody them in a work. One of the important stakeholders of the musical tradition at the point of sustainability is composers and the act of composition. Although composition is guided by cultural codes, it contains dynamics that blink at change and transformation both because it has the potential to surprise, impress and excite the listener as a creative process and because of sociocultural transformations. This study was conducted in order to reveal the results of composer Erol Sayan's song composition within the framework of the continuity and change of TSM compositional tradition.
