Özet
Kadı Beyzâvî'nin Envâru't-Tenzil ve Esraru't-Te'vil isimli eseri ile Nesefî'nin Medariku't-Tenzil ve Hakaiku't-Te'vil isimli eseri dirayet metoduyla yazılan temel tefsirlerdendir. Bu itibarla çalışmamızda bu eserlerdeki fikhî ayetlere yaklaşım ve yorumlar, Mâide Sûresi çerçevesinde ele alınıp incelenmiştir. Şafiî Mezhebine mensup Beyzâvî ile Hanefî Mezhebi'ne mensup Nesefî tarafından kaleme alınan tefsirler, fıkhî hüküm içeren ayetler bakımından zengin olduğu için Mâide Sûresi örnek olarak seçilmiştir. Müfessirlerin ahkâm ayetlerini tefsir ederlerken mensubu bulundukları mezhebin görüşlerine ne düzeyde bağlı kaldıkları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Müfessirlerin ayetleri tefsir ederken kendi mezheplerinin dışında diğer mezheplerin görüşlerini tercih edip etmediklerinin tespiti de amaçlanmıştır. Yine müfessirlerin ilgili âyetleri kendi görüşleri doğrultusunda yorumlarken diğer görüşleri eleştirip eleştirmedikleri, mezhebî görüşlerinin dışına çıkarak objektif bir yorum sergileyip sergilemedikleri gibi hususlar çerçevesinde iki tefsir arasında bir karşılaştırma yapılmıştır.

Kadı Beyzâvî's work Envâru't-Tenzil and Mısıru't-Te'vil and Nesefî's Medariku't-Tenzil and Hakaiku't-Te'vil Tafsir are among the basic works written with the sagacity method. In this respect, in our study, the approaches and interpretations of the fiqh verses in these works were discussed and examined within the framework of Surah Maidah. Surah al-Maidah was chosen as an example because the commentaries written by Bayzawi, a member of the Shafi'i Sect, and Nasafi, a member of the Hanafi Sect, are rich in verses containing fiqh rulings. It has been tried to determine to what extent the commentators adhered to the views of the sect they belonged to while interpreting the verses of the provisions. It was also aimed to determine whether the commentators preferred the views of other sects other than their own when interpreting the verses. Again, a comparison was made between the two commentaries within the framework of issues such as whether the commentators criticized other views while interpreting the relevant verses in line with their own views, whether they showed an objective interpretation by going beyond their sectarian views.
