Özet
Deleuze, Nietzsche'nin düşüncelerinden etkilenmekle birlikte onun düşüncelerini anlaşılmasını sağlamıştır. Deleuze'ün açıkladığı kavramlardan birisi ebedi dönüş kavramıdır. Ebedi dönüş; biri, aynıyı, eşiti ve dengeyi varsaymamaktadır. Ebedi dönüş bütünün tekrarı anlamına gelmektedir. Bu yüzden Deleuze, ebedi dönüş düşüncesinin seçici olması gerektiğini savunmuştur. Seçici olması ise etkin ve olumlu olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca etkin olanın seçilmesi farkın ortaya çıkmasına olanak vermiştir. Çünkü ebedi dönüş, farka dayanarak tekrar gerçekleştirmektedir. Aynı şekilde tekrardan yola çıkarak farkın üretilmesine dayanmaktadır. Burada fark güç istencinin açığa çıkmasını sağlamıştır. Çünkü ebedi dönüş ilkesi güç istencinin oluşturmuş olduğu senteze bağlıdır. Bu nedenle Deleuze'e göre, güç istenci ebedi dönüş kavramıyla ilişkilidir. Bu sebeple Deleuze'e göre güç istenci olumlamanın kaynağını yaratmaktadır. Zira güç istenci diğerini yönetme, onları kendi isteklerinin aracı haline getirme anlamında bir iktidar oluşturma girişimi değildir. Güç istenci sahip olmayı istemek ya da almak değil, vermek ve yaratmaktır. Güç istencinin yaratırken bedenlerin oluşmasını sağlamıştır. Beden kuvvetlerin mücadelesine dayanarak var olmaktadır. Bu ise bedenin sabit bir varlığa sahip olmadığını göstermektedir. Bedenin sabit olmaması, Batı düşüncesine egemen olan özne düşüncesine eleştiri oluşturmaktadır. Özne aşkın bir yapı oluşturmamakla birlikte oluşum halinde olacaktır. Bu yüzden oluş bütün hayatı kapsayacaktır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada, Deleuze açısından Nietzsche felsefesinin önemi değerlendirilecektir. Bu değerlendirmeye bağlı olarak Deleuze'ün Nietzsche kavramlarını nasıl dönüştürdüğü tartışılacaktır.

Deleuze was influenced by Nietzsche's thoughts and helped to understand his thoughts. One of the concepts Deleuze explains is the concept of eternal return. The eternal return does not assume one, the same, equality and balance. The eternal return means the repetition of the whole. Therefore, Deleuze argued that the idea of eternal return should be selective. The fact that it is selective shows that it is effective and positive. In addition, the selection of the active one allowed the emergence of difference. Because the eternal return realizes repetition based on difference. Likewise, it is based on the production of difference based on repetition. Here, difference has enabled the will to power to emerge. Because the principle of eternal return depends on the synthesis created by the will to power. Therefore, according to Deleuze, the will to power is related to the concept of eternal return. For this reason, according to Deleuze, the will to power creates the source of affirmation. For the will to power is not an attempt to create power in the sense of ruling the other, of making them the instrument of one's own will. The will to power is not to want to possess or to take, but to give and create. In creating the will to power, it has enabled the formation of bodies. The body exists on the basis of the struggle of forces. This shows that the body does not have a fixed existence. The fact that the body is not fixed constitutes a criticism of the idea of the subject that dominates Western thought. The subject will not constitute a transcendental structure but will be in a state of becoming. Therefore, becoming will encompass the whole life. Therefore, this study will evaluate the importance of Nietzsche's philosophy for Deleuze. Based on this evaluation, how Deleuze transforms Nietzsche's concepts will be discussed.
