Özet
Bu araştırma ile Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Dersinde girişimcilik becerisinin kazandırılmasına yönelik vaka çalışması örnekleri tasarlayarak uygulamak ve din eğitimi süreçlerinde girişimcilik becerisinin kazandırılmasında vakaların ne derece etkili olduğunu belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veriler nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden vaka çalışması metodu kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde gözlem ve görüşme, doküman analizi ve içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada girişimcilik eğitiminin kuramsal çerçevesi din eğitiminin unsurlarına göre uyarlanmıştır. Güncellenen öğretim programı kapsamında ön plana çıkarılan beceriler içerisinde yer alan ve Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretim Programı'nda da belirtilen Türk Milli Eğitiminin Genel Amaçları ve Temel İlkeleri doğrultusunda“inisiyatif alma ve girişimcilik”yetkinliğinin geliştirilmesine yönelik çalışmaların yetersiz olması ilgili tezin gerçekleştirilmesine imkân sağlamıştır. Bu doğrultuda DKAB öğretim programı amaçlarında belirtilen inisiyatif alma ve girişimcilik becerilerini gerçekleştirebilmek amacı ile disiplinlerarası çalışma yöntemi benimsenerek örnek vaka uygulamalarıyla girişimcilik eğitiminin ilgili becerileri kazandırılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada ilgili temalar bağlamında özgün bir tasarım ile hazırlanan örnek vaka uygulamaları ilgili sınıf kademesine uygulanmıştır. Bu uygulamalar ile vaka örneklerinin öğrencilerdeki girişimci faaliyetlere yönelik algı, bilinç ve beceri düzeylerinin hangi yönde etkilendiği ortaya konulmuştur. Girişimcilik eğitiminin belirlenen beş teması kapsamında (iş fikri, finansman, ürün tasarımı ve üretim, tanıtım ve pazarlama, yatırım ve sürdürülebilirlik) beş adet vaka örneğinin uygulanması neticesinde sınıflarda öğrencilerin duyuşsal olarak mutlu, özgür ve rahat hissettikleri; bilişsel açıdan ise yeni bilgileri öğrenme ve farklı alanları keşfetme başarısını yaşadıkları gözlenmiştir. Uygulama öncesi ve sonrasına ait elde edilen veriler kaydedilmiş, araştırmanın bulgular ve tartışma; sonuç ve öneriler kısmı bu bilgiler ışığında oluşturulmuştur. With this research, it is aimed to design and implement case study examples for the acquisition of entrepreneurship skills in the Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Course and to determine how effective the cases are in gaining entrepreneurship skills in religious education processes. In the study, the data were obtained by using the case study method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. In the analysis of the data, observation and interview, document analysis and content analysis methods were used. In the study, the theoretical framework of entrepreneurship education was adapted according to the elements of religious education. The inadequacy of the studies aimed at developing the competence of“taking initiative and entrepreneurship”in line with the General Objectives and Basic Principles of Turkish National Education, which are among the skills brought to the fore within the scope of the updated curriculum and also specified in the Religious Culture and Moral Knowledge Curriculum, allowed the realization of the relevant thesis. In this direction, in order to realize the initiative and entrepreneurship skills specified in the objectives of the DKAB curriculum, the interdisciplinary working method was adopted and the relevant skills of entrepreneurship education were tried to be gained with case studies. In the study, case studies prepared with an original design in the context of related themes were applied to the relevant grade level. With these applications, it was revealed in which way the perception, consciousness and skill levels of students towards entrepreneurial activities were affected by the case examples. As a result of the application of five case examples within the scope of the five themes of entrepreneurship education (business idea, financing, product design and production, promotion and marketing, investment and sustainability), students felt emotionally happy, free and comfortable in the classrooms; In terms of cognition, it has been observed that they have the success of learning new information and exploring different areas. The data obtained before and after the application were recorded, the findings and discussion of the research; The conclusion and recommendations section was created in the light of this information.
