Özet
Araştırmanın amacı beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin alternatif ölçme değerlendirme yöntem ve araçlarını kullanma düzeyleri ve karşılaştıkları problemleri saptamaktır. Çalışmada nicel ve nitel veri toplanarak karma yöntem kullanılmıştır. Nicel bölümün araştırma evrenini 2023-2024 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılında Gaziantep ilinde ortaokul ve liselerde çalışan 937 (263 Kadın, 674 Erkek) beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Örneklemini, evrenden kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle seçilen 554 (212 Kadın, 342 Erkek) beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Nitel bölümün örneklemini 2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim Yılında Gaziantep ilinde ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan 20 (7 Kadın, 13 Erkek) beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada nicel veriler için“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ve“Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Alternatif Ölçme Değerlendirme Yöntem ve Araçlarını Kullanma Düzeyleri Anketi”, nitel veriler için“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ve“Görüşme Formu”kullanılmıştır. Nicel verilerin analizinde t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova) testi, Tukey post hoc testi ve Tamhane's post hoc testleri uygulanmıştır. Nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda: beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin alternatif ölçme değerlendirme yöntemlerini kullanma düzeylerinde cinsiyet, sınıf mevcudu ve okul kademesi açısından anlamlı farklılık olmadığı, hizmet süresi ve seminer, hizmet içi eğitim, toplantıya katılma durumu değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılık olduğu görülürken, derinlemesine yapılan görüşmelerde eğitim ve seminer eksikliği, kalabalık sınıflar, ders saatlerinin yetersizliği, kaynak ve alt yapı yetersizliği, fiziki alanların yetersizliği nedenleri ile alternatif ölçme değerlendirme yöntemleri yerine daha çok geleneksel ölçme değerlendirme yöntemlerini kullandıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of the study is to determine the level of physical education and sport teachers' use of alternative assessment and evaluation methods and tools and the problems they face. In study, mixed method has been used by collecting quantitative and qualitative data. The research population of the quantitative part consisted of 937 (263 female, 674 male) physical education and sports teachers working in secondary and high schools in Gaziantep province in 2023-2024 academic year. The sample consisted of 554 (212 female, 342 male) physical education and sports teachers selected from population by convenience sampling method. The sample of the qualitative part consisted of 20 (7 female, 13 male) physical education and sports teachers working in secondary and high schools in Gaziantep province in 2023-2024 academic year. In study,“Personal Information Form”and“Questionnaire on Physical Education and Sports Teachers' Levels of Using Alternative Measurement and Evaluation Methods and Tools”have been used for quantitative data, and“Personal Information Form”and“Interview Form”were used for qualitative data. T test, one-way analysis of variance (Anova) test, Tukey post hoc test and Tamhane's post hoc tests have been implemented in the analysis of quantitative data. Content analysis method has been used to analyse qualitative data. As a result of the research, it was seen that there was no significant difference in the level of physical education and sports teachers' use of alternative assessment and evaluation methods in terms of gender, class size and school level, while there was a significant difference according to the variables of length of service and seminar, in-service training, participation in the meeting. In the in-depth interviews, it was concluded that they mostly used traditional assessment and evaluation methods instead of alternative assessment and evaluation methods due to lack of training and seminars, crowded classes, insufficient class hours, insufficient resources and infrastructure, and insufficient physical areas.
