Özet
1913 yılında Harris tarafından ortaya atılan ekonomik sipariş miktarı modeli bilinen ilk stok kontrol modelidir. Salameh ve Jaber (2000) çalışmalarında teslim alınan siparişlerde belirli bir oranda kusurlu ürün bulunduğunu ve bu kusurlu ürünlerin kalite kontrol sürecinin ardından stoktan çıkarıldığını düşünmüşlerdir. Bu tez çalışmasında, teslim alınan siparişlerde belirli bir oranda kusurlu ürünlerin bulunduğu ve bu kusurlu ürünlerin kalite kontrol sürecinin ardından tek parti olarak indirimli fiyattan satıldığı ve tedarikçiden kusurlu ürün sayısı kadar ürünün yeni parti olarak teslim alındığı varsayımından hareketle yeni bir ekonomik sipariş miktarı modeli geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde, kusurlu ürünler içeren üretim ve sipariş sistemleri için literatür taramasına yer verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise Salameh ve Jaber (2000)'in çalışması siparişlerin kalite kontrol sürecinin ardından belirlenen kusurlu ürünlerin stoktan çıkarılması ve kusurlu ürün sayısı kadar ürünün yeni bir parti halinde tedarikçiden teslim alınması varsayımıyla genişletilmiştir. Teslim alınan yeni parti de aynı oranda kusurlu ürünler içermektedir. Kalite kontrol sürecinin ardından belirlenen kusurlu ürünler indirimli fiyattan elden çıkarılmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde, sayısal analiz yardımıyla model işleyişi gösterilmiştir. Parametre değişimlerinin optimum çözüm üzerindeki etkisi duyarlılık analiziyle araştırılmıştır.

In 1913, Harris introduced the economic order quantity model, which is recognised as the first known inventory control model. Salameh and Jaber (2000) posit that a certain proportion of defective products are present in the delivered orders, and these defective products are removed from the stock following the quality control process. This thesis proposes a novel economic order quantity model, predicated on the premise that a certain proportion of defective products is present within the delivered orders. These defective products are then sold as a single batch at a discounted price following the quality control process, with the number of defective products received from the supplier constituting a new batch. The study is structured into three sections. The first part of the study involves a review of the literature on production and ordering systems that include defective products. The second part extends a study by Salameh and Jaber (2000) by assuming that defective products are removed from inventory after the quality control process and the same number of products are received from the supplier in a new batch, with the new batch also containing the same number of defective products. Following the quality control process, the identified defective products are then disposed of at a discounted price. In the third part, the functionality of the model is demonstrated with the aid of numerical analysis, and the effect of parameter variations on the optimum solution is investigated by means of sensitivity analysis.
