Özet
Bu çalışma Nietzsche'nin başat kavramlarından biri olan ressentiment'ı Nietzsche felsefesinin bütününde görebilmeyi amaçlamıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Alman filozofun fragmanlardan oluşan üslubunu olabildiğince terk ederek geleneksel felsefe diline yaklaştığı Ahlakın Soykütüğü – Bir Polemik başlıklı eseri temel alınarak üç ayrı başlık belirlenmiştir. Bireysel olanda ressentiment'ın izinin sürüldüğü ilk bölümde bireyin kendiyle olan ilişkisinde ortaya çıkan ressentiment ve bu duygu durumunun iç dünyasında yarattığı psikolojik dengesizlikler incelenmiştir. Bu bölüm paralelinde Nietzsche'nin Batı metafizik geleneğinin en kadim öğretilerinden birisi olan kendini bil mefhumuna yönelik bir eleştirisi derlenmiştir. Tezin ikinci bölümünü oluşturan“Toplumsal Olanda Ressentiment”ile birlikte bu duygunun toplumsal alanda hangi araçlarla somutlaştığı soykütüksel olarak incelenmiştir. Çileci idealin çevresinde şekillenen bu bölümde toplumsal iletişimin ilk basamağı olan dil kullanımının ressentiment'la olan bağı ortaya konmuştur. Tezin son başlığını oluşturan“Bilimsel Olanda Ressentiment”bölümüyle dünya kavrayışımızın temeline yerleşmiş olan bilimsel bakış açısının görüşümüzü hangi açılardan kirletebileceğiyle ilgili bir tahlile girişilmiştir.

This study aims to see ressentiment, one of Nietzsche's dominant concepts, in the whole of Nietzsche's philosophy. For this purpose, the thesis was divided into three sections based on the philosopher's work entitled On the Genealogy of Morals: A Polemic, in which he suspends his fragmentary style as much as possible and approaches the language of traditional philosophy. In the first section, where ressentiment is traced in the individual sphere, the ressentiment is analyzed from the perspective of how it emerges in the individual's relationship with himself/herself and of the resulting psychological imbalances within oneself. As part of this section, Nietzsche's criticism of the notion of knowing oneself, one of the most ancient teachings of the Western metaphysical tradition explained and discussed. In the second part of the thesis,“Ressentiment in the Social Sphere”, the ways in which ressentiment is embodied in the social sphere is genealogically analysed. In this section, which is shaped around the ascetic ideal, the link between the use of language, which is the most crucial component of social relations, and ressentiment is specifically emphasized. The final chapter of the thesis,“Ressentiment in the Scientific”, analyses the extent to which the scientific point of view, which has settled at the basis of our understanding of the world, might contaminate our vision.
