Özet

Amaç: Eğlenceli atletizm çalışmalarının ilkokul birinci sınıf öğrencilerinin motor gelişimine katkısını incelemesi. Yöntem: Araştırma grubunu; İstanbul ilinin Beykoz İlçesinde bulunun Defterdar Mehmet Bey İlkokulundan rastgele yöntemle seçilmiş olan iki farklı 1.sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Bu iki sınıf rastgele olarak çalışma ve kontrol grubu olarak ayrılmıştır. Çalışma grubuna haftada 2 gün toplam 4 ders saatinden oluşan 8 haftalık motorik özellikleri geliştirmeye yönelik antrenman programı ve eğlenceli atletizm çalışmaları uygulanmıştır. Planlanan 8 haftalık çalışma programı öncesinde ve sonrasında (Ön test - Son test) tüm öğrencilere 7 istasyondan oluşan eğlenceli atletizm parkuru uygulanmıştır. (Slalom, durarak önce sıçrama, duvara top fırlatma ve yakalama, merdiven, öne takla, tünel geçişi, denge ve en son parkur derecesi). Özet (Çeviri)

Purpose: An examination of the contribution of fun athletics studies to the motor development of primary school first grade students. Method: The research group; It consists of two different 1st year students randomly selected from Defterdar Mehmet Bey Primary School located in Beykoz District of Istanbul province. These two classes were randomly divided into study and control groups. An 8-week training program aimed at improving motoric characteristics and entertaining athletics exercises were applied to the study group, consisting of a total of 4 lesson hours, 2 days a week. Before and after the planned 8-week study program (Pre-test - Post-test), a fun athletics track consisting of 7 stations was applied to all students. (Slalom, standing jump, wall throwing and catching, ladder, forward somersault, tunnel crossing, balance and final course rating).
