Özet
Alt- orta- üst (Altındağ, Keçiören, Çankaya) gelir düzeyindeki yönetici, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin görsel sanatlar dersinin sosyoekonomik değişkenler bağlamında değerlendirilmesine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemeyi amaçlayan bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda bu araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, Ankara ili merkez ilçelerinde görev yapmakta olan okul yöneticileri, görsel sanatlar öğretmenleri ve bu okullarda eğitimlerine devam eden ortaokul düzeyindeki öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Okul yöneticileri ve görsel sanatlar öğretmenleri için araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılırken, öğrenciler için öğrencinin düzeyine uygun açık uçlu sorular hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu alt, orta ve üst gelir düzeyindeki 3'er okuldan belirlenmiş 9 okul yöneticisi, 9 görsel sanatlar öğretmeni ve 172 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Veriler ses kayıt cihazı kullanılarak ve not tutma yöntemiyle toplanmış, ardından bilgisayar ortamında deşifre edilerek metin dosyası haline getirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler içerik ve betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Çözümlemeler sonucunda üç gelir grubunda da görsel sanatlar dersi, eğitimin bir parçası olarak önemli görülse de dersin önemi öğrenciler, veliler ve hatta eğitim sistemi tarafından yeterince desteklenmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Yetersiz ders saatleri, sınav odaklı sistem ve öğretim süreçlerindeki sorunlar, dersin etkisini sınırlayan ortak unsurlar olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.

This study employs a qualitative research method to determine the views of teachers, students, and administrators from lower, middle, and upper-income levels (specifically from the districts of Altındağ, Keçiören, and Çankaya) on the evaluation of the visual arts course in the context of socioeconomic variables. In this study, which utilizes qualitative research methods, the maximum variation sampling method, one of the purposive sampling techniques, was employed. Accordingly, the study group consists of visual arts teachers, school administrators, and middle school students studying in the central districts of Ankara. A semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher was used for visual arts teachers and school administrators, while open-ended questions suitable for students' levels were prepared for the students. The study group includes 9 visual arts teachers, 9 school administrators, and 172 students selected from three schools representing lower, middle, and upper-income levels. Data were collected through audio recordings and note-taking methods, subsequently transcribed into text files on a computer. The collected data were analyzed using content and descriptive analysis methods. Although the visual arts course is considered an important part of education across all three income groups, its significance is not sufficiently supported by students, parents, or even the education system. Insufficient class hours, the exam-oriented system, and issues within teaching processes have been common factors limiting the impact of the course.
