Özet
Mâûn Sûresi, nüzûl döneminde toplumda var olan adaletsizliği ve sosyal dengenin ne ölçüde bozulduğunu anlatan veciz sûrelerden olup Modern dönemde de varlığını koruyan benzer sorunlar karşısında bu meselelere nasıl yaklaşılacağı hususunda insanlığa rehberlik etmektedir. Mâûn Sûresi özelinde ele aldığımız çalışmamız giriş, iki ana bölüm ve sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmamızın konusu ve önemi, sınırları ve amacı, yöntemi ve kaynakları hakkında bilgi vererek nasıl bir yol izlediğimiz üzerinde durduk. Son olarak konu ile ilgili yapılmış akademik çalışmalara yer verilerek, yapmış olduğumuz çalışmanın literatüre nasıl bir katkı sağlayacağı ortaya konmuştur.Birinci bölümde, fert ve toplumun Kur'ân'da nasıl ele alındığına değinilmiş; risâlet öncesinde ve Mâûn Sûresi'nin nazil olduğu dönemde ne gibi bireysel ve toplumsal sorunların olduğu belirtilerek sûrenin inzâline zemin oluşturan şartlar temel kaynaklardan faydalanmak suretiyle ortaya konmuştur. Buna karşılık, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in sosyal meseleler karşısında nasıl bir yol izlediği örnekler eşliğinde açıklanmıştır. Çalışmamızın ana konusu olan Mâûn Sûresi, tezimizin ikinci bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde, sûre hakkında genel bilgiler verdikten sonra sûrenin nüzûlü ve ele aldığı konular hakkında elde edilen veriler tasnif edilmiş ve sûrenin ele aldığı toplumsal sorunlar sıralanarak Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'in bu sorunlar karşısında sunduğu çözüm yolları anlatılmıştır.

Sūrat al-Māʿūn is among the concise chapters of the Qur'ān that eloquently convey the extent of injustice and the disruption of social balance prevailing in the society at the time of its revelation. It continues to serve as a guide for humanity in addressing similar issues that persist in the modern era. Our study, which focuses specifically on Sūrat al-Māʿūn, is composed of an introduction, two main chapters, and a conclusion. In the introduction, we outline the subject and significance of our research, its scope and objectives, the methodology adopted, and the sources consulted. Furthermore, we examine previous academic works related to the topic, thereby elucidating the contribution our study seeks to make to the existing body of literature. The first chapter discusses the treatment of the individual and society in the Qur'ān. It explores the personal and social problems that existed during the pre-prophetic period and at the time of the revelation of Sūrat al-Māʿūn. These conditions, which laid the groundwork for the chapter's revelation, are examined through reference to primary sources. In this context, the Qur'ān's general approach to social issues is also explained, supported by illustrative examples. The second chapter, which constitutes the main focus of our research and served as the primary impetus for this study, is devoted to Sūrat al-Māʿūn itself. This section begins by presenting general information about the chapter, followed by a classification of data concerning its revelation and the subjects it addresses. The societal issues highlighted in the chapter are identified and discussed in detail, and the Qur'ānic solutions proposed in response to these problems are elaborated upon.
