Özet
Bu çalışmada Orff Metodu ve çalgılarının müzik öğretimindeki önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu yapılırken Orff Metodu ve çalgılarının müzik eğitimine sağladığı ya rarların saptanması ana amaç olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın 1. bölümünde Cari Orff un hayatı, Orff Metodu 'nun doğuşu ve ge lişmesi, Orff Schulwerk'in kuruluşu ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. 2. bölümde Orff çalgılarının ortaya çıkışı ve gelişmesi, çalgıların teknik özellikleri ve çalış biçimleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. 3. bölümde Orff Metodu tüm yönleriyle tanıtılmış ve bir değerlendirmesi yapılmış, müzik eğitimindeki önemi vurgulanmıştır. Son olarak da bu metodun neden hala ülkemiz müzik eğitim sistemi içerisinde olmadığı sorgulanmış, bu metodun kullanılmasıyla müzik eğitim sistemimizde sağlanacak gelişmeler belir tilmiş ve bütün bunlar için yapılması gerekenler hakkında önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, the importance of the Orff Method and Instruments in the teaching of music has been investigated. While doing this, determination of the benefits that the Orff Method and instruments made to the musical education has been aimed as the main purpose. In the first part of the study, the life of Carl Orff, the birth and development of the Orff Method, the foundation and importance of Orff Schulwerk have been studied. In the second part, information about the appearance and development the Orff in struments, the technical features of the instruments and the ways of playing them has been given. In part three, the Orff Method has been presented with all its aspects, an evaluation of its has been made, its importance in the this method still doesn't exist in our country's musical education system has been investigated, the improvements which may bee made in our musical education with the use of this method have been presented and suggestions about whatever is required for all this have been made.
