Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, bireyin ve toplumun temel yapı taşı olan ailenin saadetinin niteliksel sürdürülebilirliği, Kur'ân'ı Kerîm ekseninde ve kültürümüzde üç önemli tefsir kaynağı -Hak Dini Kur'ân Dili, Tefhîmu'l Kur'an ve Fî Zilâli'l Kur'ân- üzerinden incelenmiştir. Araştırmada aileye dair ayetler ve tefsirleri tematik olarak analiz edilmiş; adalet, saygı, mahremiyet, dua, eşlerin iş birliği, kıskançlık, boşanma, Allah korkusu gibi kavramların aile saadetine etkileri ele alınmıştır. Tezde Kur'ân'ın aileye dair hükümlerinin sadece hukukî bir bağlayıcılık taşımayıp ayrıca ahlakî, psikolojik ve fıtrî boyutlarının da ele alındığı çok yönlü bir aile yapısı ortaya konulmuştur. Hem ayetler hem de tefsirlerin ortaya koyduğu şekliyle aile sadece hukukî bir sözleşme değil, kişisel ve toplumsal huzur, dini ve ahlakî sorumluluk ifade eden bir kurumdur. Tezde aileye bu çok katmanlı bakış açısı ile yaklaşılarak ilgili tefsirlerde yer alan ifadelerle aile saadetinin nasıl sürdürülebileceği ortaya konulmuştur.

This thesis examines the qualitative sustainability of family happiness, which is the fundamental building block of both the individual and society, through the perspective of the Qur'ān and three significant exegeses in our culture—Hak Dini Kur'ān Dili, Tafhīmu'l Qur'ān, and Fī Zilāli'l Qur'ān. The study thematically analyzes the verses related to family in these exegeses, addressing concepts such as justice, respect, privacy, prayer, cooperation between spouses, jealousy, divorce, and Godconsciousness, and their effects on family happiness. The thesis reveals that the Qur'ān's rulings concerning the family are not merely legal obligations but also encompass moral, psychological, and innate dimensions, presenting a multifaceted family structure. According to both the verses and the interpretations, the family is not only a legal contract but also an institution that embodies personal and social peace, as well as religious and ethical responsibilities. Approaching the family with this multidimensional perspective, the thesis demonstrates how family happiness can be sustained based on the expressions found in the relevant exegeses.
