Özet
Mesleki müzik eğitimi kapsamında yer alan ses eğitimi dersi bireylerin konuşurken ve şarkı söylerken seslerini doğru, etkili ve güzel kullanması amacıyla yürütülen bir müzik eğitimi alanıdır. Bu amaca yönelik sürdürülen eğitim kapsamında bazı ses egzersizlerinde, etütlerde ve eserleri seslendirirken bir enstrüman eşliğine ihtiyaç duyabiliriz. Bu bağlamda ses eğitimi derslerinde eşliğin kullanımı ile ilgili yapılan bu araştırma ses eğitimi dersine giren öğretim elemanlarının, ses eğitimi dersi kapsamında yer alan repertuvarı ve ses açma egzersizlerini seslendiren öğrencilere piyano ile eşlik etme durumlarını ses eğitimi dersini alan öğrencilerin görüşleri doğrultusunda incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ege Bölgesi'nde yer alanÜniversitelerin Eğitim Fakültelerinin Güzel Sanatlar Eğitimi Bölümü Müzik Eğitimi Anabilim dallarında, 2024-2025 eğitim öğretim yılı güz ve bahar yarı yıllarında ses eğitimi dersini alan lisans1 sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu doğrultusunda elde edilmiş olup, betimsel analiz yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular kapsamında; ses açma egzersizlerinde piyano eşliği kullanılmasının standartlaşmış bir yöntem olduğu, tonda kalma becerilerini güçlendirdiği ve daha doğru ses üretmeye yardımcı olduğu, ses eğitimi dersi kapsamında yer alan repertuvara piyano ile eşlik edildiği fakat bu eşliğin bir standart doğrultusuna gerçekleşmediği, piyano eşliği referans olması açısından repertuvarı seslendirmede tonda kalmayı kolaylaştırdığı, eserleri daha rahat ve özgüvenli seslendirme becerisini geliştirdiği ve sesi doğru teknikte kullanmaya yardımcı olduğu, ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavlarında piyano eşliğinin kullanım durumunun bir standart doğrultusunda gerçekleşmediği, ara sınav ve yarıyıl sonu sınavlarının piyano eşliği ile gerçekleştirilmesi sınav performanslarını sergileyen öğrencilerin daha özgüvenli olmalarına, seslerini daha kontrollü kullanmalarına ve eserin ton bütünlüğünü korumalarına katkı sağladığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

As part of vocational music education, the voice training course aims to develop individuals' ability to use their voices correctly, effectively and aesthetically in both speech and singing. Within the scope of the training conducted to achieve this goal, the use of instrumental accompaniment may be necessary during certain vocal exercises, etudes and performances. In this context, the present study researches the use of accompaniment in voice training courses aiming to examine – based on the opinions of students enrolled in these courses- the extent to which instructors accompany students on the piano during the vocal warm- up exercises and the performance of repertoire included in the course content. The study sample comprises first – year undergraduate students enrolled in the voice training course during fall and spring semesters of the 2024 – 2025 academic year, within the Departments of Music Education under the Fine Arts Education divisions of education faculties located in the Aegean Region of Turkey. The data were gathered through a semi- structured interview form developed by the researcher and were analysed using the descriptive analysis method. Based on the findings obtained from the research, it has been concluded that the use of piano accompaniment in vocal warm-up exercises is a standardized method that enhances the ability to stay in tune and contributes to more accurate vocal production. Althoughpiano accompaniment is included in the repertoire within the scope of vocal training courses, this accompaniment is not implemented according to a standardized procedure. It has been found that piano accompaniment, serving as a reference, facilitates maintaining pitch accuracy while performing the repertoire, enhances the ability to perform pieces more comfortably and confidently, and supports the use of the voicewith correct technique. Furthermore, the use of piano accompaniment in midterm and end-of-semester exams is not carried out in a standardized manner. However, when these exams are conducted with piano accompaniment, it contributes to the students performing with greater confidence, using their voices with more control, and maintaining tonal integrity throughout the piece.
