Özet
Bu çalışma hermeneutiğin en önemli filozoflarından olan Wilhelm Dilthey ve Hans- Georg Gadamer'in anlama ve yorumlama problemini tarihsel, metodolojik, epistemolojik ve ontolojik boyutlarıyla karşılaştırma bağlamında ele almaktadır. Dilthey ve Gadamer'in hermeneutik yaklaşımları hermeneutiğin tarihsel gelişimi ile etkileşimli olması bakımından hermeneutik tarihine ayrıntılı olarak yer verilmiştir. Schleiermacher'ın özel bir hermeneutik bağlamından genel ve evrensel bir hermeneutiğe geçişinin devamında, Dilthey anlama problemini epistemolojik ve metodolojik temelde konumlandırmıştır. Dilthey tin bilimlerinin doğa bilimlerinin gölgesinde kaldığı epistemolojik bir bağlamda, anlama probleminin temelini oluşturan tin bilimlerinin temellendirilmesinin dayanaklarını yaşam, yaşantı, anlama, tarihsellik ve hayat gibi kavramlarla ilişkilendirmiştir. Araştırmanın Dilthey'in hermeneutiği ile ilgili olan bölümü Dilthey'in tin bilimlerinin epistemolojik olarak temellendirme sürecinin yaşam felsefesi düzleminde temellendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır. Hermeneutik Heidegger'in anlama problemini Dasein'ın varlığı ile ilişkilendirmesiyle ontolojik bir bağlama taşınmıştır. Heidegger için insanın anlama ve yorumlama çabası epistemolojik bir problemden ziyade Dasein'ın varlığının asli unsurunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu bakımdan da Heidegger'de anlamanın yer aldığı temel bağlam ontolojiktir. Heidegger'de anlamanın yapısının ontolojik ve önanlamalara bağlı olması Gadamer'de anlama probleminin ontolojik bir düzlemde yer almasında etkili olmuştur. Gadamer'de anlama problemi ontolojik bir yaklaşımda önyargı, gelenek, otorite, ufukların kaynaşması ve etkin tarihsel bilinç gibi kavramsal çerçevede incelenecektir. Çalışma içerisinde Dilthey ve Gadamer'in epistemolojikontolojik yaklaşımlarına bağlı olarak yer alan anlam farklılıkları ise karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenerek, Gadamer'in Dilthey eleştirilerinin teorik bağlamı değerlendirilecektir.

This study examines the problem of understanding and interpretation of Wilhelm Dilthey and Hans-Georg Gadamer, who are the most important philosophers of hermeneutics, in the context of comparing their historical, methodological, epistemological and ontological dimensions. The history of hermeneutics is given in detail in terms of the interaction between Dilthey and Gadamer's hermeneutic approaches and the historical development of hermeneutics. In continuation of Schleiermacher's transition from a special hermeneutic context to a general and universal hermeneutics, Dilthey positioned the problem of understanding on an epistemological and methodological basis. In an epistemological context where the sciences of the spirit are overshadowed by the natural sciences, Dilthey associated the foundations of the foundation of the sciences of the spirit, which constitute the basis of the problem of understanding, with concepts such as life, experience, understanding, historicity and life. The section of the research related to Dilthey's hermeneutics consists of the foundation of Dilthey's epistemological foundation process of the sciences of the spirit on the level of the philosophy of life. Hermeneutics has been brought to an ontological context by Heidegger's association of the problem of understanding with the existence of Dasein. For Heidegger, the human effort to understand and interpret constitutes the essential element of Dasein's existence rather than an epistemological problem. In this respect, the fundamental context in which understanding takes place in Heidegger is ontological. The fact that the structure of understanding in Heidegger is ontological and dependent on pre-understandings has been effective in Gadamer's positioning of the problem of understanding on an ontological plane. In Gadamer, the problem of understanding will be examined in an ontological approach within the conceptual framework of prejudice, tradition, authority, fusion of horizons and effective historical consciousness. In this study, the differences in meaning that exist depending on the epistemological-ontological approaches of Dilthey and Gadamer will be examined comparatively, and the theoretical context of Gadamer's criticisms of Dilthey will be evaluated.
