Özet
Bu çalışmada; evli bireylerde evlilik doyumu ve cinsel doyumun psikolojik iyi oluş üzerindeki etkisi konu edinilmiştir. Araştırma konusu bağlamında, çalışmaya 516 evli birey katılmıştır. Evli bireylerin verileri; Sosyo-Demografik Bilgi Formu, Evlilik Doyum Ölçeği, Golombok Rust Cinsel Doyum Ölçeği ve Evli Kadınlar ve Erkekler İçin Psikolojik İyi Oluş Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde; bağımsız gruplar t testi, Anova analizi, Pearson korelasyon analizi ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, evli bireylerin evlilik doyumlarının cinsiyet, yaş grubu, eğitim durumu ve gelir durumuna bağlı olarak anlamlı fark gösterdiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca kadın bireylerin cinsel doyumları yaş grubu, eğitim durumu ve gelir durumu kapsamında anlamlı fark gösterdiği; erkek bireylerin cinsel doyumlarının ise eğitim durumu ve gelir durumuna bağlı olarak fark gösterirken yaş grubuna göre anlamlı fark göstermediği sonucu elde edilmiştir. Ek olarak, katılımcıların psikolojik iyi oluş düzeylerinde cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve gelir durumuna bağlı olarak anlamlı fark gösterdiği; yaş grubuna ise anlamlı fark oluşmadığı belirlenmiştir. Son olarak, evlilik doyumu ve cinsel doyumun psikolojik iyi oluş ile anlamlı ilişkisi olduğu ve evlilik doyumu ve kadınların cinsel doyumunun psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde anlamlı etkisi bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Fakat erkeklerin cinsel doyum düzeylerinin psikolojik iyi oluş üzerinde anlamlı etkisi belirlenememiştir.

In this study; marital satisfaction and the effect of sexual satisfaction on psychological well-being of married individuals are discussed. In the context of the research topic, 516 married individuals participated in the study. Data of married individuals; The Socio-Demographic Information Form was collected with the Marriage Satisfaction Scale, the Golombok Rust Sexual Satisfaction Scale, and the Psychological Well-Being Scale for Married Women and Men. In the analysis of the obtained data; independent groups t test, Anova analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used. At the end of the research, it was concluded that the marital satisfaction of married individuals showed a significant difference depending on gender, age group, education level and income status. In addition, sexual satisfaction of female individuals showed a significant difference within the scope of age group, education level and income; It was concluded that while the sexual satisfaction of male individuals differed depending on education and income status, it did not show a significant difference according to age group. In addition, there was a significant difference in the psychological well-being of the participants depending on gender, educational status and income; It was determined that there was no significant difference in the age group. Finally, it has been determined that marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction have a significant relationship with psychological well-being, and marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction of women have a significant effect on psychological well-being. However, a significant effect of men's sexual satisfaction levels on psychological well-being could not be determined.
