Özet
Bu çalışmada, Niğde ili sınırları içerisinde, 2023-2024 yıllarının ilkbahar, yaz ve sonbahar dönemlerinde yapılan arazi çalışmalarıyla Chilopoda sınıfına ait örnekler toplanmıştır. Teşhis işlemleri sonucunda 4 takım içerisinde yer alan 6 cinse ait 8 türün varlığı ortaya konmuştur. Çiyan örnekleri sistematik ve ekolojik açıdan incelenmiş ve Türkiye'ki yayılış alanları verilmiştir. Tespit edilen Chilopoda sınıfına ait türler şunlardır. Scolopendramorpha takımından Scolopendra cingulata Latreille, 1829 türü, Scutigeramorpha takımından Scutigera coleoptrata Linnaeus, 1758 türü, Geophilomorpha takımından Bothriogaster signata (Kessler, 1874) ve Clinopodes flavipus C. L. Koch, 1847 türleri ve Lithobiomorpha takımından Eupolybothrus litoralis L. Koch, 1867, Lithobius erythrocephalus C.L. Koch, 1847, Lithobius forficatus (Linnaeus, 1758) ve Lithobius nigripalpis L. Koch, 1867 türleridir. Bu türlerden Lithobius forficatus (Linnaeus, 1758) türü İç Anadolu Bölgesi'nden ilk kez, Scutigera coleoptrata Linnaeus, 1758 türü ise araştırma alanı olan Niğde ilinden ilk kez kaydedilmiştir.

In this study, specimens belonging to the class Chilopoda were collected during field studies in spring, summer, and autumn of 2023-2024 from Niğde province. Identification revealed the presence of eight species belonging to six genera within four orders. The centipede specimens were systematically and ecologically examined, and their distribution areas in Türkiye were presented. The identified species belonging to the class Chilopoda are as follows. From the order Scolopendramorpha are Scolopendra cingulata Latreille, 1829; from the order Scutigeramorpha are Scutigera coleoptrata Linnaeus, 1758; from the order Geophilomorpha are Bothriogaster signata (Kessler, 1874) and Clinopodes flavipus C. L. Koch, 1847; and from the order Lithobiomorpha are Eupolybothrus litoralis L. Koch, 1867, Lithobius erythrocephalus C. L. Koch, 1847, Lithobius forficatus (Linnaeus, 1758) and Lithobius nigripalpis L. Koch, 1867. Among these species, Lithobius forficatus (Linnaeus, 1758) was recorded for the first time from the Central Anatolia Region including Niğde Province, and Scutigera coleoptrata Linnaeus, 1758 was recorded for the first time from the research area of Niğde province.
