Özet
Bu tez, göç olgusunun ekonomik yapılar ve turizm sektöründeki istihdam dinamikleri üzerindeki etkilerini Muğla ili Marmaris ilçesi örneğinde incelemektedir. Göçmen iş gücünün turizm sektöründeki rolü ve bu rolün yerel ekonomi üzerindeki etkileri, hem sosyal hem de ekonomik açıdan ele alınacaktır. Marmaris, Türkiye'nin önde gelen turistik bölgelerinden biri olarak, göçmen iş gücünün sektördeki rolünü ve etkilerini anlamak için, ideal bir vaka çalışması sunmaktadır. Çalışma, göçmenlerin Marmaris'teki istihdam profilini, sektörel dağılımını ve yerel ekonomik katkılarını analiz ederek, mevcut durum ve gelecekteki gelişmelere ilişkin stratejik önerilerde bulunmaktadır. Göç, ekonomik ve sosyal yapılar üzerinde önemli etkiler yaratmaktadır. Bu tez, göçün özellikle turizm sektöründeki istihdam dinamikleri üzerindeki etkilerini Muğla ili Marmaris ilçesi özelinde incelemektedir. Marmaris, turistik cazibesi ve yüksek göçmen iş gücü oranı nedeniyle bu araştırma için uygun bir örnek teşkil etmektedir. Araştırma, göçmen iş gücünün sektördeki rolünü ve bu rolün yerel ekonomik ve sosyal yapılar üzerindeki etkilerini anlamayı amaçlamaktadır.

This thesis examines the effects of migration on economic structures and employment dynamics in the tourism sector in the case of Marmaris district of Muğla province. The role of migrant labor in the tourism sector and its effects on the local economy will be discussed from both social and economic perspectives. Marmaris, as one of the leading tourist destinations in Turkey, provides an ideal case study to understand the role and impacts of migrant labor in the sector. The study analyzes the employment profile, sectoral distribution and local economic contributions of migrants in Marmaris and makes strategic recommendations on the current situation and future developments. Migration has significant impacts on economic and social structures. This thesis examines the effects of migration on employment dynamics especially in the tourism sector in the context of Marmaris district of Muğla province. Marmaris is a suitable case for this research due to its touristic attraction and high rate of migrant labor force. The research aims to understand the role of migrant labor in the sector and its effects on local economic and social structures.
