Özet
Bu çalışmada Bolu ili Saccılar köyü, 108 ada, 159 parselde bulunan ahşap geleneksel konut mimarisi özelliklerini gösteren Nalbant ailesi evi ele alınmıştır. Yapının çalışma konusu olarak seçilmesinde geleneksel konut mimarisi örneği olması, ulaşımının kolay olması ve yapı sahibinin iletişim açısından erişilebilir olmasının yanı sıra yapının daha önce herhangi bir araştırma konusu olarak çalışılmamış olması bu seçimde önemli bir etken olmuştur. Çalışmanın amacı; Saccılar köyünde yer alan geleneksel konut yapısının mevcut durumunu tespit ederek belgelemek, özgün durumunu belirleyerek restitüsyon çalışmasıyla belirtmek, onarmaya ve korumaya yönelik restorasyon müdahale önerileri getirerek yapının sürdürülebilirliğini sağlamaktır. Ayrıca yapının Saccılar köyündeki diğer geleneksel yapıların çalışılmasına örnek teşkil etmesi ve literatüre katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Tez çalışması kapsamında birinci bölümde çalışmanın amacı, kapsamını ve çalışmada izlenilen yöntemler açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde kırsal ve kırsal mimari kavramları incelenmiş, kırsal mimari mirasın korunması sorunlarına değinilmiş ve Bolu'daki kırsal yerleşmeler üzerine yapılan çalışmalar incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde Nalbant ailesi evinin bulunduğu Saccılar köyü tanıtılmış, bu kapsamda mimari doku analizleri yapılarak köy yerleşiminin mimari dokusu hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde yapının mevcut durumu hakkında detaylı bilgi verilerek rölöve projeleri hazırlanmıştır. Beşinci bölümde yapının özgün halinin tespiti için kaynak araştırması yapılmış, elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda yapının restitüsyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Altıncı bölümde yapıyı korumak, yaşatmak amacıyla öncelikle kullanım önerileri getirilerek, günümüz konfor koşullarına ve ihtiyaçlarına uygun olacak şekilde restorasyon projesi hazırlanmıştır. Yedinci bölümde yapıya dair genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.

In this study, the Nalbant family house, which exhibits the characteristics of traditional wooden housing architecture, located in Saccılar village, 108 island, 159 parcel, in Bolu province, was examined. In addition to being an example of traditional housing architecture, easy accessibility and communication accessibility of the owner of the building, the fact that the building had not been studied as a research subject before was an important factor in this selection. The aim of the study is to document the current status of the traditional housing structure in Saccılar village, to determine its original status and indicate it with a restitution study, to ensure the sustainability of the structure by bringing restoration intervention suggestions for repair and protection. In addition, it is aimed that the structure will serve as an example for the study of other traditional structures in Saccılar village and to contribute to the literature. In the first part of the thesis study, the purpose of the study, its scope and the methods followed in the study are explained. In the second part, the concepts of rural and rural architecture are examined, the problems of preservation of rural architectural heritage are addressed and the studies conducted on rural settlements in Bolu are examined. In the third section, the village of Saccılar, where the Nalbant family house is located, was introduced, and in this context, architectural texture analyses were conducted, and information was provided about the architectural texture of the village settlement. In the fourth section, detailed information was provided about the current status of the structure, and survey projects were prepared. In the fifth section, a source research was conducted to determine the original state of the structure, and a restitution project was prepared in line with the information obtained. In the sixth section, a restoration project was prepared in accordance with today's comfort conditions and needs, primarily by suggesting uses in order to protect and sustain the structure. In the seventh section, a general evaluation of the structure was made.
